Excited to try the new restaurant on Schofield. Although it was probably the most expensive meal I have eaten on the base, the quality and service were there and I will probably enjoy this spot occasionally when I am very hungry and want something a little more special.
I ordered food for take out and paid $56 for two entrees and an appetizer with no drinks. My spouse and I could not finish our meals because our portions were massive. Everything I ordered tasted a bit better than average and I would definitely try other things on the menu too.
My service was quick. I probably waited 5 to 8 minutes for my order to come out. I had no issues or missing items from my food.
Although I would go here for a party, drinks, and dinner with my family, I would not go as far as to take a date here because it is more of a sports bar/family restaurant and not particularly romantic (which is okay).

This place just opened up two days ago on base and since we live so close we had to go. I’ll just say that I was very impressed. The service was absolutely amazing. We had Jillian and she was incredibly attentive. The food was also great. For appetizers we got the spinach and artichoke dip as well as fried pickles. For the main course I had the buffalo burger with a side of volcano fries and my wife had the browns burger which is basically a locomoco burger.
All in all, we’re very impressed and will be returning. Keep up the quality, 604!

03/17/2023 update: Still 1 star. Still worse than last time, was given dirty beer glasses that still had old beer in them. Not to mention $18 for a veggie burger ($4 more than last time). Horrible service from a waitress that only had three tables. Had to go to the bar to get new glasses and the check because she was constantly no where to be found and forgetting items (napkins, silverware, etc). How is this place still open?
6/26/2022 update: 2 stars to 1. This place just gets worse and worse. Hot dog buns as bread with the mushrooms? I don’t know how they are still open. Unprofessional too, so many typos in the drink menu, hours sign is lopsided, waitress only stopped by once. Had to go to the bar to ask for things. Original review stands, no consistency in literally anything. Food is always different, customer service is pretty bad even when there’s only a few tables, and food is overpriced.
Original review: No consistency in the menu. The shrimp basket has been three different types of shrimp, same with the salad when adding shrimp. The salads either come with dressing on the side or literally a tablespoon of dressing. Three out of four times the dynamite fries have been missing ingredients. Also, why are the game day nachos $14 with no meat? It’s just cheese sauce and salsa. We only keep going here because it’s on post but really it’s not great, just a place to go.

Well it’s on base and it’s extremely nice staff. Since it was early not too packed. Drinks, drinks, drinks. Brunch is on deck with lunch choice and dinner. Try the signature burgers enjoy great music while you eat. Today only free pancakes.

I guess this is just a place for soldiers to get drunk. Wife and I ordered burgers. I had the G.O.A.T and wifey had the 604 burger. Worst burger I’ve had in a while. Meat wasn’t even thoroughly cooked (see pic), each bite was just mush and there was no taste. Taste nonexistent. They obviously didn’t season the meat at all. Left a greasy film in my mouth that I’m still trying to wash away. Stomach is not happy at all. Gave more than half to the dog just so it wouldn’t go to waste. What a disappointment on a lazy rainy day. Onion rings were good.

Really good food options for a base bar. The protein bowl was awesome with a nice selection of beers also. Excellent and quick service, especially for a quick lunch stop.

This restaurant was a little bit on the expensive side. It’s conveniently located across from the Inn at Scofield. I thought they did a great job on their burgers and their fries. Their customer service was also solid. Some sports bar and Grill and they have many professional teams represented.

We went in tonight for dinner and it was great! Family friendly. Live music. Great flavor. Fast service. Good food. Although it is pricey and i wish there were a few more diverse items on the menu , we will for sure be back.

Really enjoyed my first meal from 604 Ale House, it was good and great portion size for the price. My second order was what seemed to be a small portion for appetizer cheese fries. It was not enough to share and it was also cold within the maybe 5 minutes it took me to pick up.
