This location prepared 30 catering boxes of subs and 4 boxes of fresh made chocolate chip cookies for me for a Christmas party I hosted today for our employees. The entire large order was ready on time when I picked them up and provided all the condiments we needed. The manager worked through the night to have the subs fresh for us in the morning to pick up for our lunch event. Our group of 230 people enjoyed the special lunch. I highly recommend this Hatfield Jersey Mike’s for catering pick up! The employee (Mario) who helped me place the order the week before our event was very helpful too!

They are so so careful for gluten free orders. They have a separate knife for the bread and put it together on a clean surface and change gloves. The fact that I don’t have to go over all of this is amazing, they are well trained in cross contamination. Everyone I’ve encountered here is so kind. It’s dangerous that they are so close to my house haha

I hadn’t been to Jersey Mike’s for about a year, because the manager is always condescending and borderline rude. Tina, who was sooo nice but I’m not sure still works there, always treated me so well. She was not there again today. Too bad. She at least made the visit worthwhile.
However, I decided to give them one more try. Bad decision. Still the same as I remembered. Guess this visit will be my last.

Tina and Mario, you both are absolutely fabulous! Keep up the great work, you keep this store running like a well oiled machine. Mario is so friendly and professional, and in the middle of the rush he still remembers to get each person their rewards and to ask about the meal deal. I’m incredibly impressed, give him a raise especially!!!

Great sandwich, but the attitude of the meat slicer today (around 1pm) was absolute garbage. It was our first time trying Jersey Mikes, and while the sandwich was great, I’m not sure we’ll be back to this location. We were not made to feel welcomed at all, were given an aggressive attitude when we asked questions and wanted to change the size of our sandwich (again it was our first time) and it overall left a very sour taste over the whole experience.

We were there during lunch hour but it wasn’t busy yet.
Service was awesome. We were asked immediately what we wanted to order.
Staff were extremely friendly.
Service was efficient.
Menu had a variety of options for different palettes.
Prices is reasonable.
Cleanliness was excellent.
Overall it was a good experience and I really enjoyed my mushroom hoagie.

Absolutely the perfect sandwich every day every time. I’ve ordered here multiple times. The order comes perfect and it is delicious. They do a great job and I always order through DoorDash which makes it a challenge but it is always your quick and it is perfect. nice job keep up the good work.

I came here this evening around 7 o’clock after the Eagles win. I knew they were closing soon, so I was pleasantly surprised when they freshly sliced the cheese n turkey for my sub. If anyone’s worked in the restaurant biz, , that means they want the freshest start of sliced meat n cheese to start Monday off And if y’all know, the Philly suburbs – to work during an Eagles game is torture- So for 3 young gentlemen, to be so nice and gratuitous at 7 o’clock on a Sunday, meant the world to me. whoever was on shift tonight – they deserve a raise for pleasant attitude. Take note managers!

Food taste is good and they usually have your order ready when they estimate it, but the prices are high and the portions are small for the price. Wawa hoagies are much better. Any cheesesteak place around here has better cheesesteaks. The place is never busy, which is telling.
