Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. If you don’t believe us, just ask the Lee family – they still eat a bowl almost every day with no signs of slowing down.

I ordered the half and half, chicken and beef. The meat tasted like rehydrated chicken and beef jerky. It’s disappointing how much the food quality has gone down. Definitely not worth the $17 I paid. It’s going in the trash.

Ordered chicken and rice bowls without the veggies with drinks There was sufficient chicken but definitely needed sauces or it tasted a bit dry. We received our order quick but we were also the only customers. There was a staff member sweeping and cleaning so there was no spills or trash on the floor. I did have to ask for sauce since the dispenser on the counter was empty but the staff was kind and handed us some.

Can’t go wrong with a chicken bowl! I really like that they offer both white and brown rice. For people that don’t require a huge portion, the mini bowl is perfect.

Service is always outstanding. Never have had an issue with this location, people/food. But today, as I was grabbing my food from the counter, I noticed one of their walls had a parade of ants running up and down. A LOT. Now I can’t stop thinking that my food has ants in it.

Just got a 12 dollar rice and chicken bowl. The rice was super shallow serving and chicken wasn’t even covering the surface of the rice on top of it. With portions like Panda Express. I don’t recommend coming here.

We went to this Flame Broiler since it opened, not frequently but fairly often. I addition to getting dinner I would sometimes take one of their bowls for lunch. Then things started going down hill. Food really took a hit with quality. So we had not been there in some time.
One evening my wife decided to give Flame Broiler another chance. She called and placed a take out order. She locked up the house and drove to Flame Broiler to pick up the order. When she arrived she told them which order she was picking up. The employee ar Flame Broiler told her that she had already picked up the order. My wife told her that she was 5 minutes early to pick up, who picked it up and when? Then the employees, including the manager, all got involved they each had a different story. My wife pulled out her phone and showed them the evidence of when she order the food and logically showed the employees how they were wrong. The manager escalated the situation saying she was calling the police if my wife didn’t leave immediately. My wife decided she was dealing with an idiot and went to pickup dinner somewhere else.
The next couple of days my wife tried contacting the store owner and manager, neither ever returned her call.
She tried having the charge removed by the bank but couldn’t because she used a debit card and not a credit card.
Two lessons to be learned from this situation; first don’t ever go to the Wittwood Flame Broiler, second always use a credit card instead of a debit card.

Waited a long time, I assumed it was because they needed to make more chicken, cuz nobody got food and i was next. After a long wait everyone after me started getting their food. After about 4 to 5 orders were fulfilled after my number i showed them my receipt, they then made my order and gave me my food. Was very mad at the fact that i tipped them initially and they forgot about my order. Then when i got home they put no rice in my 10 dollar plate! Last time im ever coming here
