I’m leaving this review because I have never went to a Baskin Robbin’s that allowed their employees to burn sage and do cleansing while customers were eating inside and smoke was in the air. I usually never complained but the smell was strong and it made me and my family member have a headache. We asked why their doing that here and a employee said for “religious reasons” to be honest it’s ok to practice religious but I think doing that there doing that while people are eating is crazy because the smell was bad that gave me a headache.

We take our kids here after school sometimes for a treat. The workers are always very friendly. I love the numerous flavors they have, which they rotate often enough to keep us coming back for more.
For my daughter’s bday we decided to order an ice cream cake because not everyone likes cake. WOW!! The cake baker did a phenomenal job. Everyone had so many compliments and it was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much. We’ll be back in 2 weeks for the next bday! We’ll done. Highly recommend. I wish I would have taken a close up of just the cake. It was beautiful.

I ran 2 miles there at 9:45 pm just for ice cream. The ice cream was really good, but after we ran the 2 miles back we realized that they didn’t give us enough spoons. I didn’t run through one of the most dangerous cities in the world at 10 pm just to not have enough spoons. The employees were really nice though.

Amazing customer service and very clean location. Gave my kids headbands. These are the kind of gestures that simply change an experience. Have been here multiple times and the ice cream is delicious.

Good service, clean establishment, Baskin Robbins quality ice cream. They were super friendly and even gave my kid a unicorn headband thing [think old school BK kid crown, but unicorn]. It’s a little thing, but much appreciated.

Ice cream is always great right? But at this location the guy will gladly take your money then afterward tell you that you and your service dog need to step outside. When you ask to move some seating outside he says no, so you end up sitting on the ground. Thanx guy!, great customer service skills.

Not very happy with service tonight! Got to the location 10 minutes before closing 8:50pm and standing waiting as another customer arriving same time as with my family of 3, she helps and serves that family of 3 just to turn to us to tell us she’s closed and can’t serve us. We told her it wasn’t 9:00pm yet and she still did not want to serve us. When we asked why is she closing 10 min early she just ignored us.
So much for safe distancing she was not wearing a mask nor gloves as serving the family in front of us, nor were the customers wearing masks. Not visiting this location and will be going back to Brewesters!!
