I visited this location yesterday. I haven’t been in awhile, proceeded to ask the cashier Michelle V did they have a certain combo meal. She responded with “No, we’re not American deli” . That was really rude & disrespectful. When the correct, professional response should’ve been “no sorry we don’t”. These young kids are ruining a lot of locations here in auburn & it’s sad. I HIGHLY doubt I return to that location again due to that rude encounter !

I went in around 5;30 to pick up my to go order. Was never greeted , the mini fridge was more important than the me. I checked over the meal .it was wrong ,, I HUMBLEY showed the girl the mistake. No apology on her end , so now I get the tone and told it would be 15-20 mins . So , 15 mins later , my food is bagged up , ( normally the open the lid , and show you your order.) Still no greeting , i open the bag and I get the tone she says , ” your order is right ” . Still no apology , Ever since yall let get Ms Diana go , this location is pitiful . Going back to Niffers they respect their customers.

After reading some of the one star reviews about bad service I was a little nervous, but the lady who was behind the counter when I went was very friendly. My buffalo chicken sandwich and friend pickles we’re great. My wife’s cheese steak was a tad dry and underseasoned. I feel like they could have done a bit more, but overall a good experience.

Delish. Was a bit expensive, but the food was outstanding so the price was worth it . Will definitely be coming back . We fed 3 people for about 50 bucks . The service is polite and friendly.

I was craving wings for lunch, so I looked up wing places around Auburn. This place had good ratings, so I called in a simple 12 piece w/ fries and a drink. The girl on the phone was cheerful and kind, so it was a promising start. My food was hot and prepared when I picked it up, and the same girl that answered the phone cashed me out. I got the Lemon Pepper dry rub and Mild sauce. The food was fresh and delicious when I got home, even the fries. For the customer service and quality, it was adequately priced. I will definitely eat here again. Thanks!

Not impressed with jumbo wings, especially when they’re not cooked crisp. The Cajun sauce was good, but I threw away the wings. The second try on the fries “with no salt” was a better option than the salty version when I had asked for “lite salt”. The server was nice though!
