To be fair, just 2 waitresses were covering the entire restaurant. No bartender. Our waitress didn’t know how to make a Long Island. No waters. It took a while to get a menu. They both looked overwhelmed.
The cheese curds were well made and had good flavor. The chicken tenders looked amazing, but we headed to another restaurant for a great meal. Not interested in going back.

We came in on Valentine’s Day without a reservation and was able to get seated immediately. The staff was super friendly and energetic. Our waitress Harley was on top of everything. Got our menus and drinks to us very quickly. She also kept us updated on the timeframe of our food. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the maple butter cake and the mules.

The Monte Cristo was sooo good! Just like the old Bennegan’s. I’ve had Monte Cristo sandwiches elsewhere with the same ingredients and none of them are near as good as this one – ham, turkey, cheese grilled the dipped in batter and deep fat fried with the best raspberry jam! My wife and daughter said the fish and chips was the best they ever had – with good fish and an exceptional batter. This place is tucked into a Holiday Inn – don’t let that fool you because it’s great.

The Craft and Co. is a scratch kitchen for most food options. Which I love a scratch kitchen moment! It was kinda of hard to choose what to eat because they have a few fantastic options that stood out to me. Anyway, I am currently staying at the hotel where this restaurant is located for a business trip. So I decided to give it a shot. Very pleased with my overall experience! I had the opportunity to have my amazing server, Erik! He was very kind, checked in a few times (Perfect amount in my opinion), answered my questions I had with a great attitude, and was able to tell me more information than I thought I would receive which I love! Shows how knowledgeable he is about the restaurant, dishes, & etc. I got the Lemon Drop Martini. It was very good I added salt to my rim makes it better in my experience. Erik was kind enough to give me a smaller version of the Chicken, Shrimp, Bacon, and Corn Chowder it was amazing! For my main course (although an appetizer) I got Sheela’s Sriracha Shrimp was the perfect amount of spice & food for me! Highly recommend. I did think about getting their Monte Cristo which I may try next time! Finally, I finished off my dinner with the Brownie Bottom Pie (was my server’s suggestion). Hopefully I will be eating at the Craft & Co. in the future! Sorry about the words on my pictures I was sharing them with people.

What a great place! Yes, you can tell it is connected to the Holiday Inn, but it is super nice and clean! The staff was very attentive to our needs. The Ribs were great, the stuffed mushrooms we very good, we loved the Spinach Dip and chips. The Monte Cristal was one of the best I’ve had! Nice selection of beers.

I have been staying at the hotel and visiting the restaurant for 6 years due to work. Myself and my wife met Abby who works in the restaurant/bar. Can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service she provides on every visit. Your establishment should feel lucky that you have an employee who represents your brand flawlessly. This type of employee is hard to find in today’s workforce. Currently I oversee several retail stores and Abby is the kind of employee I would want representing my business brand. Thanks Abby for all you do and for always providing outstanding customer service!

There’s only two people for a packed restaurant on a Friday night. I don’t blame the staff, but the service is limited based on the lack of staff. Waiters are taking order, bussing tables and delivering food. Sat with empty glasses and felt unattended. The food was mid. Pass in this place.
