Delicious burgers for a great price! My husband got the Jefe burger and I got the Foreman and both were so good. We love that it’s Florida local grass fed and finished ground beef and the fries are cooked in beef tallow. You can taste the quality! Also, we loved the variety of drinks available and the shaded seating area. The staff were friendly and service was quick. We will be back!

Finally stopped in today with my son after seeing A ton Of Fanfare and raving reviews on Local Facebook Community Groups and after trying their BCB I agree wholeheartedly. I would go as far as to say these are Aritisian Burgers as they are made to order, Handcrafted, the Beef and toppings are locally sourced with Unique Sauces, and the Fries are Beef Tallow fried. The staff was outgoing and friendly, the Owner Cory even took a minute to step out and chat. You can see the pride for what he does in his expression. The location is Basically a permanently parked food truck with a dining Pavilion, and large parking areas to each side of the dining Pavilion. Everyone Locally Loves this place so Its 100% worth hopping off I4 when traveling between Tampa and Orlando. They can be found on the south side of US Hwy 92 Between exits 14 and 17 just a mile or so south of the Interstate.

We had the opportunity to eat at Blue Collar Burger today! What an unbelievable awesome experience! 10/10 all around! The service from Mary Ann was 5 all the way, the burgers were phenomenal and those Tallow fries- oh my! We had the opportunity to meet Cory the owner- such a personable, humble guy! He came out to greet us and checked on all the patrons while we were there. One of our favorite things and will keep us customers forever is the clean, grass fed ingredients he uses. In this day and age that’s hard to find! Same with those tallow fries! You can literally taste the passion and love in their food. Even the presentation was perfect! You need to go for yourself. The staff was pleasant and helpful, 4of us came in and all ordered a different burger which we all enjoyed. I had the Jalapeno burger which I think was the best I’ve ever had.The tallow fries were cooked perfect. I ordered the onion rings which I feel could use a seasoning of some sort for more flavor. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing affordable fresh burger, one of the best I’ve had. All fresh from a local farm. $8 burger and $4 chilli hot dog is especially amazing value for such quality.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming and mentioned how they just recently opened. Nice outdoor shaded seating. Halal hot dogs.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had same goes to their fries. The owner is friendly he is involved in the kitchen, he walks around and make sure customers are having a good experience, and helps clean up tables. It was extremely busy when I was there because it was their second day opening but the food came out quick 10 minutes tops, will definitely be back.

Heard great things about this place on Facebook and was finally on that side of town—this place is a must-try! The burgers were delicious, but I do recommend paper towels on the tables because these are the juiciest burgers, lol! 100% recommended—love this place and will be back again.
