I normally go to this subway and today.I was really disappointed by one other team members. I normally come here and get my steak and eggs with shredded cheese. I never have an issue until today. There was a lady, an older looking lady who gave me my cheese on a measuring cup. She only gave me two scoops and told me that more was gonna be extra. I told her that every other person that I worked here gives out normal proportion of cheese and today. I honestly felt robbed. When I asked her to do more cheese, just a normal amount, she said that it was gonna be extra. This honestly is outrageous. Wanting to go to subway to order a steak and egg with cheese and having to pay extra for cheese crazy work..

They renovated this location and looks alot better then how it was before. The staff that I had that day were amazing and helpful. The 4 star is purely on the size of the food. I know that it’s not the specific locations problem on the size of the subs, which I could be wrong, but the sizes of the sandwiches have truly gone down alot. I will still be coming here from time to time but Subway as a whole, the prices for the size of the sandwiches aren’t exactly worth it anymore. Location itself is great.

If I had to rate this a 0 I would ! I came in yesterday to order food & I had the worse experience ever here ! Ordered a couple sandwiches & a soup , the sandwich breads were all supper old & hard , the sandwiches were horribly made ! My soup portion was all way off the container literally closer to the bottom ! So I realized when I get back so I start eating my sandwich and it was so stale I was trying to injoy and really couldn’t so I ate half the sandwich then I’m like the sandwich wasn’t it so I open my soup and it’s half ways so I get my sandwich & soup and take it back to get treated horrible I was accused of eating the soup cause I wanted my money back on the soup ! Then Vanessa the manager ! Says I ate the soup ! So then with her unprofessionalism as a manager she puts my money on the counter not in my hand !

Went to buy sandwiches, asked to use the restroom and the girl told the guy it’s only for employees use me being pregnant asked to make an acceptance and was told again only for employees use my husband bought the food and asked if it the 6.99 deal was still going on n was said no bad customer service and the girl should of been nicer will never go back very disappointed and the sandwich smell bad and taste nasty. Now we’re throwing up the sandwich nasty taste old and smells bad.

Unpleasant guys, today Wednesday afternoon. They don’t have a customer service I asked for a footlong chicken sandwich, and add bacon and avocado I know they are extra and I pay for it no problem with that he only put 1/4 of avocado when I know that it is the 1/2 half of avocado what is put in the big sandwich there they are stealing from the customers because I am a fan, subway and I know the proportions of each sandwich I don’t really go to that restaurant again.

Online order was made an hour and a half before and was still late by 15 minutes, no other customers were there and there were 3 people working. Had a hair in 1 sandwich and the bread was stale. Let’s not even get into the poor attitude of the people making the sandwiches. This place is trash.

I know it’s difficult with the customer watching the preparation, but try to go easy on the condiments and then increase if asked. Also if customer asks for water/a cup of water, please clarify and don’t just charge for a combo or a bottled water! Other than this: great, polite service.
