hands down one of the rudest (and amazingly slowest) McDonald’s staffs ever. I come here quite often for DoorDash orders and dread walking in every time. The manager (maybe manager…skinny white kid with round glasses) is belittling to customers and workers. It’s quite the show. Google will only allow 30 sec videos to be uploaded, but the full video is nearly 6 mins of me standing at the counter waiting for anyone to notice me.

Needed a quick snack before work. Only ordered a chicken sandwich and drink. Took 22 minutes to receive it & on top of that drink wasn’t full. Asked the Hispanic guy with glasses politely if he can at least fill the drink up and he stated since I asked for no ice he couldn’t fill it up. McDonald’s has forever lost a customer. No worries.

Service is always hit or miss depending on the shift but I’m concerned about the possible sanitation policies being that employees are leaving their personally used items near stations that should be sterile. Like this is the drive through window, I can only imagine what’s happening where the food is being prepared. P.S. there seems to be some horse playing happening on the late night shift which is causing for the wait to be overly long.

I pretty much never leave reviews… But yo Mcdonalds… we just hiring any smooth brain human with two hands? Other comments are correct this place seems unsanitary and overly busy in the back… especially since you will almost 100% of the time be told to pull into a waiting spot for your food. I only ever order one thing: a “double cheeseburger ketchup only” and im not joking, I think out of 30 times I’ve been here they have gotten my order correct maybe 5-6 times. Yup, can’t get 1 cheeseburger correct that means they are getting simple orders correct about 17-18% of the time (atleast in my case)…. yeah and thats after having to explain the order probably twice or three times. Don’t get me wrong there’s a couple people here that are great, but idk don’t waste your money here folks- bite your lip and head over the one on the service road. The extra 5 minutes will save you some frustration later on.

1st time instore no one working front counter. Service took 30mins.
2nd time drive thru they had 9 cars pulled over. When a crewperson
took out the order they had no idea where customer was. Customers had to come into store to pick up order.
3rd time today. Only 2 cars in the drive thru. Asked for extra tartar sauce on a fillet in a small cup. would not do. Ordered
a double FOF and received single. Frys were stone cold.
Quality Service and Cleanliness in this has been terrible since
opening. Crew playing around when not busy.
Store needs help from owner, supervisor/field consultant from Mcdonalds corporate.

Slowest McDonald’s in Texas. Go here out of convenience on Wednesday evenings, and have NEVER had quick service. Order accuracy is hit or miss. Getting someone to acknowledge you at the counter when the order accuracy has missed is nearly impossible. Hopefully a Wendy’s gets built right in this area so I can stop visiting this turtlistic place.

I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s. They charged me first and then told me the apple pie would take 12–15 minutes. I ended up waiting almost an hour. On top of that, my kids’ fries were extremely salty—completely over-seasoned and not edible. Very disappointed with the service and quality. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Customer service is clearly not front of mind here. If you go inside you’ll be waiting a while before you can get service. Also, double check your bag if you ordered a sauce. They’ve forgotten so many times for my daughters happy meal

This was the first time I’ve ever been served raw beef at a McDonald’s. I ordered the quarter pounder at the drive through. Very disappointed and concerned about food safety standards at this location. I won’t be coming back.

I think this store is trying to win the award for the worst McDonald’s in the company’s history. I’ve been here half a dozen times now and every time has been a disaster, today being the worst. After waiting for 5 minutes just to place my order, it then took over 20 minutes to get a Big Mac, medium fry, and a large coke. I knew it wasn’t going to end well after parking me for what should be a simple hand off order.
To top it off, the only reason I got it, is because I got out of my truck and walked in to the kitchen to confront the zombie-like staff that works there. Every single employee there should be fired and rehire a new staff with new management.
