I went in today and was waited on by an older Hispanic Female (cashier 465). This woman was OBVIOUSLY Sick!! Not only would she face the counter while helping me,( unmasked) when she needed to cough/ sneeze, she would face the bread rack behind her. All 5he while going down the islle making a sandwich she ‘ thought ‘ I was going to eat.I SERIOUSLY HOPE management watches the video footage, if the cameras even work.)2/20/2026 on or about 1pm. I actually gave the food I paid for to the homeless lady on the corner. I’ve been here before since it’s right by my apartment but this may be my last time, after all there are more locations.

I work near here and come pretty regularly. This store has gone through some employment problems. But lately has been doing a ton better. But I just want to point out this young man Mario. Kid is sitting here training people at the age of 16. Not only that but when I brought it to his attention that the tea was bad, he listened and even tried it, agreeing that it tasted off. He even hooked me up with a bottle sweet tea.

Came in for some dinner sandwiches. Plus a small pizza for my daughter. 1 man crew i guess. The server did a great job. Clean dinning room. Plenty of parking outside. Very slow business as well, But nice n quiet. Over all:

If you are looking for a light meal, This is not the place to go. If you’re trying to eat healthy it’s best to count your calories. If you don’t care about that and just want a really good sub made by your decisions, this is your place. I have had different subway subs that are fresh and delicious. I would recommend the Miss Vickie’s Lime& Cracked Pepper flavored Chips, they have am interesting flavor that adds a crunch mix with your sub. My personal favorite is the Meatballs Marinara sub with pepperoni. It’s basically a Pizza Sandwich.

I walk in the employee is at the drink station getting a drink. She opens a door to get behind the counter grabs a paper to make my sandwich ask me how can I help you and I say nevermind you didn’t even wash your hands..no gloves either. Just gross

I had Diana help me today and man… She is going to be the sole reason I would NEVER return back to that subway!! If I was her manager I would fire her!! SHE STRAIGHT UP HATES HER JOB!!! SO HOPEFULLY THIS HELPS HER GET FIRED BECAUSE SHE CLEARLY DOES NOT WANT TO WORK!!! The entire time she kept sighing under her breath when I would tell her my order. She had a pissed off look and while making my order she acted like I was bothering her!! How can I be bothering her if she is working as a customer service personal! Seriously the true version of a Karen as the worker/employee… If she is a manager I would HATE WORKING FOR HER!!! Definitely next time I go and she is working I will wait till there is another employee to help me!! Or I will just walk out! Like I understand your working at subway but damn show some pride and love for a company that is willing to employ you and smile a little and don’t act like I’m bothering you!! Find another place to work if your going to be a Karen! Maybe one where your not working directly with the public!!! JESUS!!!

Last night my sandwich was made incorrectly a veggie delight lol so i called the employee “Noah” hung up in my face .. so I called back and explained it to him he said he couldn’t give me a refund … I’d have to come back in the morning and speak with the manager I still decided to go back up there that night he refused to remake my sandwich because I took a bite …. Lol sir that’s how I knew it was made wrong and they throw them away anyways so why does it matter if I took a bite or not ??!! I came back in the morning and the manager Diane was so sweet and apologized and gave me my refund the restaurant is lucky to have her. But if he’s there run don’t order from there !!!!
