Absolutely love this deli! The customer service is excellent so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. And the food is so delicious and always fresh. You can really tell they care about their customers and make you feel appreciated every time you walk in. Great atmosphere, great service, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!

i didn’t look at the reviews before walking in. i stopped to charge my car and wanted something simple to eat. i saw this bagel shop and thought oh nice i love local bagel places. BIG mistake. i walked into what felt like a post apocalyptic world. the place was old, dirty, fridges that don’t work were being used as shelving. everything about it was strange. if i was in some small town in the midwest id be more understanding. but…your literally in ny. home of the bagel. show a little respect to the customers and to the food! everyone keeps complaining about the woman that works here being rude. let’s stick with the facts. her name is Mei Ling and she’s obviously the owner. she’s probably struggling. and i feel for her. but she shouldn’t let her personal problems be visible by customers and patrons at her place of business. so i think she does need to work on her inter and intrapersonal skills. this would be a great place for gordon ramsey to film an episode of some sort lol. but as for the food, the bagel was probably one of the worst i’ve ever tasted. it literally tasted like the ones you buy at the supermarket in a pack of 6 for 2.99. and i was charged $3.27 for one toasted bagel! good luck Mei Ling!

Will not be going back to this place! The lady that answered the phone was very impatient! The whole time rushing through my order and then hung up abruptly…so of course I didn’t get what I asked for. The bagel is more like a mini bagel and the bacon was undercooked and rubbery. I had to re-toast it when I got home. All around annoyed. I am just so tired of poor customer service. You get what you pay for so lesson learned! I will be going to a better bagel/deli next time!

RUDEST CASHIER IVE EVER MET. Absolutely awful experience. Will never be going back. And would recommend everyone (old and new) go somewhere else for your breakfast/lunch.
