I’m very happy to give a review for this restaurant because the service and food are excellent quality. I usually order from Delhi Gardens which is slightly across Tikka Express but this is my new favorite Indian takeout. I usually order chicken or lamb biryani, chicken tikka masala and samosas chats. I’ve also had the chicken Hakka noodles which was delicious.

I ordered fish curry and veg kolhapuri. They made the fish curry good and according to expectations. I really like it.
The issue was with kolhapuri.
They assured me it was made fresh but me and my wife both could smell and taste the kolhapuri had gone bad. When called and told it was bad they did offer a replacement but i was too far from the restaurant. In all not worth taking detour to go out of way to get food. Had high expectations.

When I was looking for a quick bite of biryani, I found this place on the way to my work. I found this is a new restaurant and rushed for a tasty treat. Looks like this place is only for Takeouts and for dine ins. However, I insisted to have food as I cannot take away. I ordered spicy chicken biryani. Once the dish is served- food is very hot but not spicy it’s BLAND and the biryani is wet. I didn’t expected or never had a wet biryani. They need to improve a lot. As they told that they give more quantity for the price I paid – it was less and pieces are more, to some extent I have to agree to that , thats why it deserves 2 star.

We never been here before, but the reviews were good so we gave it a try and we definitely were not disappointed. They have a nice selection and the customer service was good as well. They do have seating, but it’s primarily for take out. We are definitely looking forward to ordering from here again and I think you should give this place a try as well.

Disappointing Experience at Tikka Express
The main issue was the quality of the food. I ordered the Gobhi 65 that lacked the flavors I was expecting, and it was undercooked and too oily. Gobhi tasted so raw.
Additionally, the chicken kathi roll was okay, but it was so poorly packed. The fries were cold. Please improve the packaging.

Oily and gross. Used to be great as tikka shack. Now it’s tikka express and food was not great and super oily, will not go back.
Pics were after we tried dumping sime of the oil, mixing, and trying the food. Still so much left it got everywhere and made a mess.

The paneer tikka masala was overloaded with large pieces of tomato and very little actual paneer. But the biggest issue was MOLD. I also ordered the gulab jamun and there was literal mold in it. So disgusting and such a good quality and safety issue. After seeing that, I threw the rest of my food out.
