Super upset with their customer service. I went in at noon, no chicken was made. Come on guys this is peak time for people lunches at work & they were busy. I had to wait for them to fully cook the chicken. I was there before they even put it on the grill then five other people behind me wanted chicken and once it was done, they started calling up all those people that came in after me. Then I got badmouth by all those people that were also waiting for chicken because I asked to be taken care of before them. they were mad that I had to go in front of them. JUST A OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE! If you guys were any type of decent people you would remember who came in first and to serve them first I was waiting the longest. For you not to have any meat made on a Monday at noon is wild. do better, higher a better manager some people only have a half hour lunch. I can’t wait 20 minutes for you to cook chicken. I’m not going back to this location as it’s been going downhill. Stop hiring teenagers to run your establishment. They have no work ethic.

I ordered sofritas crispy tacos. There was barely any sofritas filling or cheese. But there was a ton of lettuce that just cascaded out of them as I picked them up. Several bites were just 100% shell. It wasnt even like eating tacos, it was like eating dry, unsalted, stale tortilla chips. I cannot believe i spent over $10 and was served this. I don’t understand how they’re sending out dishes like this to people. Unreal. Probably the worst meal I’ve had from Chipotle in almost 20 years going there. There are 2 other Chipotle locations nearby on Roosevelt Rd that are consistently better.

This location has been notoriously terrible for online ordering. This is the second time I’ve called customer service and told them to refund part of the order or I will literally be returning the food in store. The first time the bowl was near empty and 2 items from the order were missing. I don’t know if it’s a specific employee or a management issue. When I went in store things were slightly better since they had to look you in the eye while making the food. If you run into this issue call customer service tell them you want a refund. That way they can document these issues.

Portion sizes!! It’s really easy to tell when you go to a Chipotle restaurant if you’re getting your money’s worth. I’m happy to report this location guarantees just that. I was blown away with their generous portion sizes as I left the counter with a mountain for a bowl when most other Chipotle locations deliver a mere foothill at best. The size of the bowl speaks for itself (see picture)
The customer service here was excellent as well. Keeping in mind that I was independent in line as I ordered, the line had low fajita peppers, so a generous employee even offered me a drink for purchase in the mean time as I waited for more to be made. Truly the cherry on top. I can say with absolute certainty that this location values their patrons. Well done.

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle since it opened, and it has consistently been excellent. The food is always high quality, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and efficient. This location is reliably well-run and stands out from others in the area.

Quesadillas were not cooked all the way through. Crew seems to be under managed and not enough employees on shift. We came in on Wednesday morning and ordered quesadillas and burritos and quesadillas didn’t have cheese melted at all and they have been running out of rice. The employees look miserable and aren’t very friendly.

Used to go there everyday and they’ve gotten stingier and stingier every time…First of all, why is Chipotle acting like limes are luxury items?? I asked for limes and the worker looked at me like I asked for the keys to the register. Be serious. Limes are not gold bars. If you’re going to serve food that desperately needs seasoning, at least don’t hold the limes hostage like we’re bartering in a desert.
And the place? Filthy. Absolutely filthy. Tables covered in rice and mystery sauce. Floor looked like it survived a food tornado. I shouldn’t have to play Find a Clean Table when I’m trying to eat. Thank god I take it to go…but for those that have to eat there, good luck..never will I patronize this location again.
The meat portion was a joke. The rice was hard and dry..The queso tasted like it had given up on life. And on top of all that, you’re telling me I can’t get a wedge of lime? Okay.
At this point, just shut the store down and reopen as a museum exhibit titled:
“How To Do Everything Wrong.”
Do not recommend.

I really can’t understand a company that has the financial backing of McDonald’s. Why they changed their business model to now whenever you buy a burrito bowl you are getting half of a bowl. If you ask for extra rice all you get is one full Ladle of rice. Their normal portion of chicken is a half of label of chicken. The CEO said recently that if you want more of anything like chicken just ask and will give you a little bit more but not a single Chipotles will do that they always demand they’re going to charge you double meat if you want a full Ladle of chicken. Just to give you an idea of how much they’re ripping you off a full label of chicken would be 6 oz of chicken so that means the normal portion they want to charge you for a $10 bowl is 3 oz of chicken. This is not unique to this store. Today for lunch to test how horrible the portion size have gotten I went to 4 Chipotles and they were all the same. Nobody wants to give you anywhere close to what they used to give you for portion size and they want to be very mean and argumentative when you ask is that all can I get some more. Before you were owned by McDonald’s you were a place that people could eat at and feel okay afterwards now when we eat the rice and the non-organic food you feel very heavy and lethargic and like you want to go to sleep because of all those McDonald’s chemicals that they’re pumping into the food now.

I placed an online order and went to the drive-thru for pickup. As I pulled up, I immediately made eye contact with an employee who looked visibly annoyed. He was packing an order at the time, which I was fine waiting for. After about 30 seconds, he finished packing but continued cleaning up his station. Another employee stood nearby on his phone, not acknowledging me either.
The first employee then stepped away for a minute, came back, and continued cleaning other areas and putting things away that could have clearly waited, but he continued to ignore me. After about three minutes of waiting, he finally opened the window and asked for my name, without making eye contact and still looking annoyed that I was even there.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had this type of experience at this location. Unfortunately, it seems like the employees often have an unfriendly attitude, even though I always try to be polite, greet them with a smile, and stay patient.
