I just want to say thank to the person who serve me this morning I was reading the reviews and went prepared for the cashiers to have a bad attitude, but actually they were very nice sweet kind Very friendly asked me was it my first time visiting New Orleans I told him yeah she recommended me to have a catfish poor boy. It was pretty good and she also told me about a seafood bag that was kinda high, but it was OK. I had to look on my receipt to get the cashier‘s name. It was Kaila And also the female cook back there fix me a nice poor boy Sandwich seasoning well, just how I liked it so thanks for the good experience and tasty food If you ever go to there, ask for the cashier

I Only eat seafood, Cashier and the cook boat asked me that I want them to make my food with new utensils because they serve poke there. I’m very thankful and may Allah bless them If y’all ever go there, ask for those two and I promise you will have a good experience and tasty food

Well a bit of a captive audience at the airport with delayed flights and gate changes i guess No one is in particularly good mood but if you Work here (loose term) and charging $5 for water and $5 for a muffin why be short and ignorant with your patrons. If you don’t want to be here then leave or take a break. Rude staff, bad attitudes need work except the one guy that was closed at his counter and directing you to the other side, thank you Sir .

Takes forever to get your food, so don’t order unless you have awhile before boarding. I paid like $35 for a damn poboy. But at least the portions size was big

yeaaaaah service wasn’t friendly, the food was bad. I had the catfish sandwich and I’ve never had Catfish before. I will say, i think it was fried okay. I kept getting random hints of like pond water taste at certain bites. Turned me off from eating the rest. Not sure if this is just normal for catfish since they’re from muddy fresh water.
Sandwich itself is just so cheap and basic that it shouldn’t be that expensive. It’s just lettuce, soft bread, tomatoe, and some pickles (that weren’t even crunchy ). I was recommended by the workers at airport so I thought it would be fire. Maybe we just have different tastes tho.

Grab a quick bite before boarding. Had to wait for someone to come from the back to serve. Only 2 people working, one was the cashier.
If you say hello and treat them with respect, both ladies (Veronica and Monica) are nice.
Food was hot and fresh. Tasted good for Airport’s quick service.

Excellent Po Boy sandwiches. Had the pulled pork Cochin Du Lait and it was delicious and a lot of food for the price of $16. Did take 5 min to get food even when not busy. They did toast the bread nicely.

Genuinely good shrimp po’ boy and prepackaged garden salad. Things were quite fresh and tasty. It was a bit of a slower evening at the airport, so that may have helped a bit. Would definitely eat here again.

Came at 12:30 to order a sandwich. Was told they weren’t ready to make sandwiches yet and to come back in 15 mins before I could even place an order. Let alone three time it worked take to get my food. Seriously? It’s lunch time! Checked the reviews after this and looks like I dodged a bullet.

Kayla said I can only order 2 sandwiches PER ORDER when I needed 3 for me and 2 children . I got back in line to order the 1 sandwich she got loud “NO , PER PERSON, YOU CANT ORDER AGAIN!” I told her can my 6yr old child come in line to order he’s a new person… she said no . I never saw a business that would refuse money. Food is cross contaminated.

If I can just give a 0 rating. Will be perfect. People should won’t be working with some bad attitudes. Be happy you have a job. Management should be aware of the way their employees are working. Or maybe management does not care at all. But putting smile to your paying customer and saying good morning it won’t hurt no one. Hey at the airport never stop there never ever ever.
