they had this special promotion going on back to the 80s and the place was busy with driving through and on the inside the staff was stressed from the time we entered the store they seated us ask what we would drink said sweet Tea she comes back and says we are out of sweet Tea ok ordered mountain dew instead when the waitress returned with the drinks she also had the bill for dinner in her hand as well so she bought us our pizza and then said she would be back with the chicken wings and while we were eating she came to clean the table next to us and she wiped the table off left food and paper in the chairs and on the floor O yeah we never got a fork or plates to eat with so SAD

Hate to review poorly, but calling- first explained my question to the helpful operator who sent me to the direct store number- they immediately hung up. That is unfortunate as I had a simple but specific question. I will not be able to dine there with my family again for that. Is that petty of me? Maybe I’m morphing into a Karen as I get older… but a business who doesn’t want to answer a phone call (and we were going to be traveling through from out of town) doesn’t want the business. Throwing out the order I was about to place and going elsewhere. We have to hold businesses accountable to some extent for their level of service. In today’s world, it really matters and stands out how you interact with others.

Good pizza. Nice clean facility. Friendly, helpful staff. This was our first time visiting this Pizza Hut. We went in to eat and experienced a great meal. I always enjoy eating Pizza Hut’s pizzas at their restaurants versus taking them home or having them delivered. They have a much better taste when they’re hot right out of the oven. I was pleasantly surprised and how clean the facility was. And how well the grounds/parking lot were maintained along with shrubs and other landscaping.

Ordered delivery and my 4 drinks did not arrive with my order. I have been calling Pizza Hut since 7:30 after my order was delivered it is now 8:45 p.m. and no one will pick up the phone. DoorDash driver stated that they did not give her any drinks and apologized. It’s always something with this Pizza Hut!!!!!

My dad ordered a 3 topping online an didn’t know he had to pick them then came back up and told them the order was wrong bc they charged more for the 3 toppings the the manager (white dude) didn’t wanna fix our order at first when one of the lady’s offered to put it in oven and put it on top of the cheese so he agreed and did it. Made us upset enough to leave a review

Didn’t dine in. Had my food delivered ordered a large hand tossed and received a large cold thin and crispy pizza. The boneless wings were descent and the cheese sticks.Door dashed delivered and left my food on the porch when they stated they handed to me. Upon arrival the pizza was delivered cold and had to be reheated. The pizza was hard and tough.For the cost it was a very bad expensive experience I’m sure I will never experience again. And my apologies for having to leave such a disappointing customer review but it was what it was and I was unable to get a reply from the message that was sent to my cell concerning my order and the delivery through door dash.

Ordered the personal pans July deal for $2. Got 4. Ordered at 11:31. Was ready at 1:16. Waited an hour and a half in the restaurant for my order. Pizza Hut….you did your employees dirty with this great deal. I am leaving a great review because the employees were working very hard to knock out the overwhelming PPPizza orders. The oven is only so big, I get it. The staff in front of house kept their cool and stayed respectful to the many customers waiting and wondering when their order would be fulfilled. I am super impressed with the employees. I know y’all are going to be tried tonight!!! Keep up the good work. I know it’s not easy when you have disgruntled customers. Y’all did an excellent job! So proud of you all. I did leave a tip but I know it wasn’t nearly enough! Way to go Pizza Hut of Greenwood, SC!
