Absolutely terrible customer service. They don’t fully listen to the order then make the wrong item. My son specifically asked for a certain amount of sauces which I would have gladly paid for. Get to the pick up area and she told us we had to get back in the long line to pay again for sauces we asked for to begin with while his food got cold. She could have at least accepted the money right there or made it right since the cashier did not add it like he was specifically asked too. Would never dine here again

The staff is rude and mean and they prepare inedible food as you can see from the photo and now to do something also the police must check their kitchen because the food is always bitter and burnt it is not the first time I come here with my children and I am always disappointed by the service and the food for this I decided to write this review today so that someone capable can do something and fix this burger king as long as they make fun of people and their money When I say staff it’s the woman in the photo all. Walked up to the counter just after 5PM today. 3 regular employees and one manager. All more interested in speaking in Spanish and laughing with someone they seemed to know. Don’t know if the other person also worked there or just a customer. But it took them way too long to notice myself and a couple others waiting to be served. Food was overpriced and not good

Bought 5 Six piece nuggetkids meals, they wanted me to pay for the sauce that automatically comes with the nuggets. They spoke in Spanish for seven minutes While examining my receipt showing proof of my purchase 12 minutes before then decided that I could get the sauce! Terrible Never Again

Very slow. No sense of urgency. No one seemed to be in charge, just some kids running the show. Spill left puddle in front of counter and instead of putting a sign up, the girl got a red sanitizer bucket and “BATHROOM” cleaner and started spraying the counter then wiping it in the floor. Then put the towel with the bathroom cleaner on it back in the sanitizer bucket water.

This Burguer King it’s nasty! People it’s very racist, they are very funny with my wife and my friends daughter with Down syndrome. I never came back here, I’m not recommended for any body! They don’t like with people and say: White Trash, I don’t know what is the problem with this guys! It’s nasty and I thinking in demand this place!

This was the worst Burger King that I’ve been to. I should have turned away when I saw that they had no line but we had not been in awhile so decided to give it a try.
Both my husband and I got a classic whopper with fries. The whopper patty was Luke warm and the fries looked like they were sitting for awhile and then they decided to dump them in the grease to warm up.
My daughter got their kids chicken nugget and they were cold and hard.
Later on that day both my daughter and I started experiencing stomach pain and then vomiting followed.
Staff needs a refresher on food safety and when to discard old food!

While ordering food I let cashier Jose know I wanted the #3 which is the impossible burger. He immediately started laughing at my choice of food. He then continues to say that if I was sure? Also, that it was made of plants patty. I looked at him with a serious face and simply said “yes, I know” he continued to laugh which I didn’t think this was funny at all. He the says “it’s vegetarian” .. I continue to say to him .. “ok?! Is there a problem? I don’t eat meat”. Point is MIND YOUR BUSINESS . WORST customer service ever.
