Most of the time, when I order delivery through the app, my order has an issue. I’ve had multiple missing items per order, none of the customizations are followed, the chips are always either burnt tasting or smothered in salt, sometimes even the type of meat is incorrect. I gave 2 stars because, rarely mind you, the order is correct and the food tastes awesome. Most of my issues happen between 6 & 12am, so if you’re planning to order delivery I’d avoid that time frame. Delivery drivers can’t check your items without breaking the seal on the box/bag.

If you have lots of friends who like Taco Bell and saving the environment via carpool, this is NOT the place for you. It is against their rules to get more than 2 mobile orders from the drive thru. Instead you must pull around the outside of the restaurant to pick up a third. In order to pull back around you must turn left on a busy street and then turn left again into the parking lot. Seems like an accident waiting to happen. After all of that they also forgot to include chips with my nachos but trust me it’s not worth it to pull around a third time.

It was fire on a Saturday evening with a long line of cars. The food was hot and correct (actually, an extra taco, so a good oops) and the staff was efficient. Appreciated when sit-down Mexican restaurants in BTown are just blah. I said it.

It’s been a year so I tried again and even worse service than before. The food is horrible the staff was not helpful and pretty much threw the food out the window at me. He tried to shut the window immediately and I was finally able to stop him and ask for sauce to which he sighed and grabbed 4 packs and shoved them at me and then slammed the window shut. Got home to see the food was trash. Should have expected it. The thing in the picture is supposed to be a soft taco.

Warning long rant!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. After getting orders from everyone at home I placed a mobile order for pick up. After receiving the order I realized there is no way that is all of our order. As I’m russling bags counting tacos, my 10 month old wakes up screaming. So I quickly count and realize we were missing two items. I go back into store and wait another 5 mins at the register without anyone even acknowledging my presence, I finally clime in and say I am just missing 2 items from the order I just picked up and have a screaming baby in the car. A lady named Sarah was very helpful and quickly made the items. We leave, baby still screaming a few miles down the road I realize, I don’t remember feeling a 12 pack of cinnamon bons when counting tacos, so I call to explain and go back for a 2nd time. We pick them up and start our journey home. On the ride I’m thinking I better eat my taco before they get soggy bc it’s been a whole 30 mins after picking up the order before we even got the whole order. Trying to find my taco in the mix I realize that all 12 tacos in the taco box that were ordered for very picky kids at home all have lettuce on them. By then I am not making a 3rd trip to taco bell. I call back to let them know yet again there is an issue with the order. I am not rude, Im just exhausted at this point. I explained I just purchased 18.00 in tacos that will not be eaten bc they were made incorrectly. She apologized explain that they would remake my entire order bc of all the issues if I came back the next day. The only thing that was correct was a 4.00 taco pictures listed, however there wasn’t much of a taco there.
Update next day. I send my mother in law in to pick up. There was an employee by the name of Elkie that was just by far the worst person to be in any business involving customer service. She explained that they could not replace a 45.00 order and that whoever told me that was wrong, all while making rude comments about people trying to get free food. MIL explained that I had to visit the location 2 times and then returning home realized everything was still all kinds of wrong and half the food was wasted bc it was incorrect. During this time at least 2 other people came into store bc their orders were wrong and she proceeds to get defensive and make a scene over them wanting their correct orders. We settled with getting the taco box replaced for the kids however just the sheer unprofessional rudeness is just astonishing. How are you going to claim someone trying to get free food when they had just purchased 45.00 of taco bell. We just wanted our correct order in a timely manner that wasn’t trash. Is that so much to ask for. Long story short do not go to this location, staff are not trained well, they don’t know how to handle customer concerns or comflict. They don’t communicate well with each other and are flat out rude. I asked for them to take my number down so their GM could contact me, I guarantee I never receive a call.

Tacos were barely filled. The person working the drive through 8/29/25 at 3pm was the most unhappy person I have ever seen. Didn’t great us, snatched the card and didn’t say anything to the whole time we were there, if you hate your job so much get a new one. I would fire her in a second. Don’t go here

The food is usually perfect but I left 4 stars because the last few times I ordered delivery my order was missing items.

I cannot believe this was actually served to a customer. My chicken tacos were so burnt and hard that the tenders were black on the inside. Just ridiculous for how much people pay for things these days

Absolutely garbage establishment. Ordered from DoorDash a few times at this location. Every single time it takes a year and a half for them to even have it ready for the door dash driver. Every single order has been wrong. Most recent was no chicken in any of our quesadillas. Ask for hot sauce every single time, not a single packet in the bag. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Hire competent employees or close up shop.

The food was extremely moist for my liking. The hard shell tacos were soggy and stale tasting at the same time:( . The tortilla of my quesadilla wet and the wrapper was also wet.
