Exceptional opportunity to own a fully built, turnkey restaurant and the historic brick building that houses it in the heart of Wilmington, VT. Prominently positioned at the junction of Route 9 and Route 100, Cask & Kiln occupies the beautifully restored Parmalee & Howe building, a landmark dating back to the early 1900s. The restaurant offers two levels of dining and cocktail service with seating for approximately 100 guests, anchored by two distinctive bars and an inviting, timeless atmosphere. The professional kitchen is thoughtfully designed for high-volume service and features a striking copper wood-fired oven and stainless steel walls. Surrounded by the year-round tourism of Mount Snow, the Hermitage Club, and the Deerfield Valley.

Just a magical place with ambiance galore, excellent food, great service, perfect lighting and music. The maple rosemary crembrulee was superb and the Brussels sprouts delicious. Thank you for seating us at 945 pm on a Sunday and making us feel welcome. Bravo!!!!

Great atmosphere, great food. Cocktails are always a good choice. The main restaurant is the best choice in the Valley. The upstairs lounge is a great place to relax, catch a drink and some good food as well.

A surprisingly upscale cocktail bar in sleepy Wilmington. The downstairs is a more formal dining restaurant. Upstairs, however, is a cool cocktail lounge with creative drinks, variations on classics, and an enjoyable ambiance.

I’ve been coming to Wilmington, VT for 20 years and hadn’t had such an elevated dining experience in town until Cask & Kiln. The food was amazing – new American with a farmy twist, but not too “new” in a way that it would steer away people who just want a delicious family/fancy meal. I had the beet salad, which was plated in a gorgeous deconstructed way and had a delightfully giant fried ball of goat cheese in the middle. For dinner, I had the steak, which was cooked & seasoned perfectly and I had plenty left over. The service was excellently attentive, and this place makes a perfect Old Fashioned cocktail. I can’t wait to come back!

Amazing restaurant with a spectacular drink menu and stunning food! The staff is always accommodating and you can’t beat the atmosphere anywhere in the Valley. The building has kept its historical significance while offering a new flair. I LOVE IT ❤

The best cocktails around. Their well liquor is better than some places top shelf. A constantly changing menu that varies with the seasons keeps things fresh and interesting. It is definitely my favorite spot in the valley. The downstairs is more formal, while the upstairs is more relaxed and gives off a modern “speakeasy” vibe. “Long-haired Emma” (there are two bartenders named Emma, the other is great as well) makes fantastic espresso martinis.

Fabulous flavors, service is usually good but can be slow. Dining room requires reservations which you can do on Yelp. There is a more casual upstairs but that gets crowded too. Food is always great. Have had every type of meat they offer on the menu. You can’t go wrong. Pasta is amazing. Popovers are yum! Bartender is a serious mixologist so cocktails come out creatively and consistent. Wait staff is friendly but sometimes takes awhile to get your order in and for kitchen to serve so try to be ready to order. Else we love this place.

Amazing food, great service, and great location.
You can tell the people who work here from the hostess to the servers to the chef really care about your experience. All the drinks were made very well. The appetizers were delicious. The entrees were amazing. The desserts were to die for.
It’s not recommended that you take children here but they have high chairs of you have a self sufficient baby/toddler then it ahpuild be fine off peak dining hours. We got a couple comments from other diners about our one year old making noise a couple times.
Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a higher end experience in a small town.

A really unique feel. There was plenty of comfortable seating(leather couches and chairs) if you were so inclined, we choose to sit at the bar. Bartender was friendly, food was great. Had a flatbread pizza and popovers – ingredients were fresh and flavorful! Would definitely go back when in town again!

Killed it. Starting with a unique and delicious cocktail menu. Consistently attentive, funky, elegant service. A good menu that reads relative safety, but delivers creatively and yummy. Also, the feel, look and vibe of the place is simply the very best in the valley. Just really great all around.
