This location is blatantly lying. I arrived at approximately at 8:45am, only to find a locked door and an employee waving me off. Then the employee proceeded to hold up a sign from inside the store stating that this location doesn’t open until 10:00am. Someone is lying and that’s not how business is conducted. I’m pissed. My time, gas, and patience were wasted. I wish there was an option for 0 stars! This is false advertisement. Now the 10am sign is posted at the door, something isn’t right about this. On December 24th, 2025, around 1:30, I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong Subway location, which was about 40 minutes away. As soon as I noticed the mistake, I tried calling the restaurant to cancel the order.
A female employee answered the phone and told me, “hold on, I’ll call you back.” She never called back. After waiting a few minutes, I called again. This time, she seemed to have difficulty speaking English and hung up on me. I tried calling several more times, and she continued to hang up without helping or explaining anything.
I was simply trying to cancel an order, but no one assisted me and the issue was never resolved. Very disappointing customer service.

I ordered the protein bowl with steak and bacon. I included pepper jack cheese. I like spinach. Olive banana peppers, onions and sriracha sauce. I usually get the baked potato chops and a Diet Coke. This is about $15 which is generally the cheapest meal I’ll have all day. Subway is extremely good price wise and the meal is decently sized for the price. Very good

Asked for a footlong bacon egg and cheese on a flatbread. I saw very little egg and I asked the lady how many eggs it had, she looked at me and said 4 eggs, I said ok. I get to my car open it up take the pieces of eggs out and it came to be 1. I walk back inside and the younger girl tells me it should be 2 eggs cut in half , the older lady comes back and says she did it “by mistake” , the audacity to look me in my eyes and tell me there are 4 eggs in there ♂️

Hands down the best subway in Miami. I go almost daily and not only is the food always excellent, all of the staff even have my order memorized which is very convenient for me as a customer. Truly wish more subways were like this one!

Me and wife went here around 1230 on December 27. As soon as we walked in the restaurant smelled like weed. Walking up to the counter the smell intensified and we could tell that the employee was high. His eyes were red and was making odd conversation.
He maintained a conversation with a visiting friend for about a minute before acknowledging us. Asking for soup, he said “we don’t do that here” and told us to visit a Subway by his gym. He then told us about how he smokes weed at that gym and asked if we smoked too. When I asked for onions on my sandwich, he told me “onions make my eyes water and I don’t want to handle them right now.” I had to ask three times before he gave me onions. We won’t be returning to this Subway for a while.

There was this guy with an afro and glasses with painted nails standing at the front and all he did was toast my sandwich. I asked him to stop, but then he said “More? alright” and he toasted it again, when I got the sandwich it was pitch black. Not his fault, I’ll try again wednesday.

If you really do not have anything to eat and this is the only place to grab a meal then try their mediocre bread sandwich. The quality of their food does not seem to improve after all these years. You are better off going to a mom and pops Sandwich place than Subway but I mentioned before if there no restaurant around get the Subway…
