I actually really enjoyed this bar. It’s definitely a smaller hole in the wall type establishment and can get very crowded but was a great time for my friends and I.
What makes this bar get 5 stars however is the bartender. Even though he was incredibly busy he covered my Soda free of charge when he found out I was the designated driver. While $1 is practically meaningless to me, seeing him observe the position I was in and choosing to cover my drink even when I was happy to pay made this place stand out to me. Most people do not enjoy being the sober driver so the gesture really made an impression on me about what kind of establishment this was.

It’s a bar pretty much in the simplest terms. A handful of good bears on tap, limited spirits, really no food to speak of and they don’t take credit cards or run tabs. Pretty much drink, pay, drink, pay… Friendly, but nothing special here. And you have to love the owners just responding to a review from 8 years ago. Will done; you guys are on it.

This place has a huge selection of beers on tap which is something I admire in a bar. I came in to watch the game and it was somewhat busy, the waitresses are cute and fast. The food is your typical bar food but good and greasy. I was overall really happy with my experience and I’ll definitely return… however I do hear this place gets crazy at night, stick to dinner time or evening.

Excellent hole in the wall bar! Stopped here during Italian fest. Seen it from the parking garage across the street and had to go in! Ice cold Budweiser and on the cheap side!

One part sports bar, one part local college watering hole, and one part saloon. Perfect if you are looking for a little spot to have a drink with friends or meet some new ones right downtown! Its around the corner for Levels and a many good restaurants/bars. Cash only (they have an ATM). The music is varied between every type out there but its all great. Drink list is great, cheap, and the bartenders are on point.
