This locations is always understaffed. During the lunch rush there is often ONE worker trying to keep up with walk-ins, online orders, and phone orders at the same time. The employees work hard to keep up but it is an overwhelming and unreasonable workload. Understaffing your business is a failure of management. For what y’all charge per sandwich, you can afford to be appropriately staffed!

Upon ordering, the girl at the counter informed us that they only had the small wheat bread and the tortilla wrap available and that the bread wouldn’t be ready for 30 mins maybe longer. I had planned to order 6 sandwiches. I guess I saved money and sadly they lost out on my business and money. I’m sure they knew that they were getting low on bread and should have prepared the bread long before they ran out. Don’t waste your time here.
