I can’t give this place any more chances. It’s a pity b/c it’s literally 2 minutes down the road from me. I’d rather hit up the one without a drive thru that’s also 2 minutes from me. The drinks here are barely 75% full, and that’s on a good day. On several occasions I have had stomach issues after drinking drinks from here. I am severely lactose intolerant so always choose a milk alternative and I believe the request, which is upcharged, is not being honored here. As a test, I tried the same drink I always order from another location yesterday, no issues. Why my stomach always flips here, the writing is on the wall.

The people here are really the best! Zaynab really stands out because she is so polite and makes sure you get exactly what you ordered. It’s nice to come to a Dunkin and get respectful and quick service without mistakes

Gone here a couple times and gotten the standard “we don’t really care” attitude and that is what it as, I got my order and things were usually correct. Today I was charged for multiple drinks when I had only ordered my regular, I asked about this immediately as I was handed the recipiet (less than a minute after they ran my card) and was told “I can’t do anything to fix that and neither can the manager”. Worst part is they didn’t even give me the drinks they charged for, just said “Come back another time and I’ll fix it”…. This was going to be a convenient stop for coffee on my way to work, but my office and I are going to look elsewhere as we’ve all had similar service issues from the staff now.

Ordered 2 hot lattes, and they both came with an inch and a half of room left in the cup. It’d be understandable if this room was left for whipped cream, but there was none. Just a medium drink in a more expensive large cup. The same orser also had an iced drink that came with no straw, and no receipt. This happened before and I assumed it was a small mistake, but the fact that it happened twice shows it’s either intentional or incompetence.

I used to come to this Dunkin’ multiple times a week in the mornings and always had a great experience — the staff was friendly, and service was quick. However, this was my first time visiting in the afternoon, and unfortunately, it was a completely different experience.
I asked a simple question about a charge for a pup cup, since I had never been charged for it in the past. I wasn’t upset — just curious — but the employee was rude and completely dismissive. It was a disappointing interaction, especially compared to the great service I’ve received in the past.
Because of this experience, my coworkers and I won’t be returning to this location.

An interesting located Dunkin in that it’s not a stand alone building but nestled in among commercial offices. There is no drive-thru and they have limited seating on the inside. Parking can also be a little hectic in the morning rush. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Terrible service. My coffee was cold, and they refused to honor the coupon they mailed out to customers. They claimed it had already been used, which isn’t true, if it had been, they would’ve taken it after it was redeemed. The staff seemed very unorganized.
