Tonight was the worst experience we have ever had! Two bacon smasher burgers were missing the bacon. Ok. Told them we were missing bacon and the sauce cups we ordered. They send out a plain smasher burgers with nothing but meat cheese and chili sauce. No. Tell them again just give us bacon and the sauces! Finally bring out bacon and sauces with attitude. Get it right the first time, honey and you won’t have to come out to the same car three times!!! Finally get home to eat, no sausage on my breakfast burrito. Horrible!!!

Waitress was sooo nice! They forgot our fries, her tone didn’t change when we told her, she just went back inside and with that same smile apologized and handed them to us. Nice crew that night.

For the second time in a month we got breakfast burritos and they had half the ingredients that are supposed to be on them. The kitchen staff needs to be trained to make them. Very dissatisfied and will not be going back.

Got there at 8:50, was told having a meeting till 9. Waited till 9:05 to push button. I didn’t want to rush anyone, but I was told it would be 15 to 20 more minutes. I can appreciate a store meeting to share information with your team, but start with effective communication with your number one ingredient for the cycle of success… your paying customer. I wouldn’t have waited if they would simply say we will not open till 9:30. I’d give a zero if I could. Poor example of hospitality or what Sonic culture used to be

Ordered some burgers added bacon and they left it off both of them. Ordered a limeade slush with strawberry and it didn’t mix and they refused to mix it with the mixing machine. Overall subpar.

I just left Sonic with my sister and nephew. We all ordered a chocolate shake mine arrived first and it looked like and had the texture of a glass of chocolate milk rather than a shake. So I pressed on the famous red button and told the my issue with my milk shake. The lady said it was because they had been using the machine a lot this day. I told her I just wanted to get my money back and my sister and my nephew didn’t want theirs either. So the server came right out with most of my money wich I paid in change wanting to get rid of some of it and she just tossed it at me . It went all over my truck and outside of my truck so I didn’t even get all of my money back. Me and my sister won’t be returning any time soon

Well here at Sonic in haskell for a drink went to leave car won’t start because a dead battery called in to ask for a jump I had cables they said nobody could leave at the moment with only 2 vehicles here at the moment, one of them being mine and then a car hop comes and sits outside in the other car that is here pulled in the stall across from us. How rude and unethical. Won’t give them my money anymore.
