Fast food? Whoever manages this location really needs to do a better job. 25 minute wait for a whopper and fries. It was not the employees fault. They seem to be very short staffed and we’re working very hard. They should have at least double the amount of employees for such a busy rest stop.

20 min waiting for fries… Had to go. Only one person preparing orders. The others were pressing buttons randomly. Never again. No way of cancelling my order with kiosk. If there is a problem the manager should not accept more orders.

Service was extremely slow. It took 33 minutes for me to get my order, which is unacceptable for a fast-food place—especially at a thruway stop where speed should be a priority. On top of that, I paid $17 for a Whopper meal, which is beyond overpriced for what it was. Overall, disappointing experience won’t be stopping here again.

Placed the order through the app and for some reason it sent me to this random Burger King on the Thruway instead of taking me to the right Burger King. I get there and the worker tells me they don’t take mobile orders. They are not sure why they’re letting them take mobile orders, but I have to go through the app to cancel. They couldn’t just make me the food they even though I paid for it and I had proof. Absolutely, horrible service

This burger king is horrible. Ordered Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper meal and my order was completely wrong. I order it as shown with extra onions. No onions or extra, and no mushrooms. The fries tasted old and stale. The man that was making the burgers didn’t even acknowledge his mistake and even ignored his manager. If I have to pay ridiculous high for a meal I should at least get it how I asked for it. Your better off going to Popeyes right next to it.

I hate to do this but justice must be served, Popeyes took themselves off the map for a reason. My food took an hour and 20 mins for a fried pickle. I’m bipolar and the wait sent me into a manic of depression while waiting for this food. I greatly considered jumping the counter and hopping in the fryer. At all cost do not come here!!!!!
