This is definitely a hidden gem. We live in St. Louis, MO and had to make a trip to Arkansas. If you’re ever in the area. I would highly recommend this place. The food is amazing and service was phenomenal! We will definitely go back!

Went there for the first time today, I had the catfish plate & my wife had the brisket plate. Amber was our server – we had wonderful service!!! Apps were amazing and the meals were even better – if that is possible!! We will be back soon !!

First time eating at The Angry Opossum, and it was fantastic! The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The customer service was just as amazing: friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They definitely made a great first impression! Loved the decor it was hilarious!!!

Atmosphere is friendly. Staff is attentive and professional. Food was absolutely delicious. The Angry Possum Burger was excellent, as well as the Boom Boom Shrimp, the Queso and Chips, and the Fried Mushrooms.

Very pricey for the quality of food. Also the wait for the food was way too long. It was not crowded or anything and still took 40 minutes for our food to come out. The fish tasted like the smell of a pond. The waitress was very friendly and professional. The decor is very cute!! The food just wasn’t very good though. There was 3 of us and none of us ate much of our food. The waitress and the decor was really the only positive about our experience.

Me and my wife went there today order an appetizer we ate it by the time the food came to our table I was full. 10 minutes later she asked about the food. I told her I was full of the appetizer. I took the food home and ate it. It was amazing and me and my wife will go back to angry possum more times in thw future

1st time coming here. Loved the atmosphere. I had Brisket grilled cheese, was suppose to be regular cheese..I took 2 bites before I hit cheese and that was it.. my mouth on fire when i hit the cheese. I’m a wuss, so I wont return.. also, I don’t drink beer or wine, sad no Captain…as I came for a new experience for my 1st anniversary saying my vows to my late Fiancé. Captain n Coke was his drink. But live music nice touch and felt like it’s be nice place to be left alone to enjoy my time.

I went there for the first time today and Amber was our waitress and let me just tell you the food was a 10 out of 10 and the service was a 100 out of 10. It was one of the best lunches. My husband and I have ever had out the atmosphere was amazing. The service was amazing and the food was amazing. All I can say is go there now I had the brisket and oh my goodness I’ll be dreaming about that.
