Native to Hawaii, Poké is a seafood dish (raw fish salad) that has been influenced by Hawaiian cuisines. Poké (pronounced POKE-AY) – which is the Hawaiian verb for “section” or “to slice or cut” – traditionally refers to any raw fish that has been cut into cubes. For centuries, Hawaiian fishermen cut their catch of raw fish into cubes and seasoned it with whatever ingredients they had to create a one-of-a-kind, flavorful dish. At PokiTomik, we have taken this classic Hawaiian dish and dropped it with our own explosive, delicious, modern and creative bomb!

Maybe they use their best fish for dine in, because I too had a poor quality delivery. The portions were good and mix ins fresh but the most important part is the fish and both the tuna and salmon were practically inedible. I would not return.

Regular = 3 scoops of protein, 5 toppings, 3 sauces for $17. That’s value.
I came in here and was blown away by how fresh and clean everything is. Great staff! Two young kids work in the counter in tandem with each other.
My whole experience here was great. I have to say that for $17 getting somewhere in the vicinity of like a pound to 2 lb of rice and protein and poke and all the toppings, and the sauces, the flavor combination is just incredible. I cannot stress how fresh the albacore, tuna, and salmon are. I mean you can literally see, taste, and experience the Great quality.
For the local tourist, day trip person, someone who wants to experience downtown Burbank, anyone passing through, this is definitely a place where you get your money’s worth.
Very casual atmosphere, shorts and t-shirt type vibe.
Parking: street only. San Fernando has a 90-minute limit per space. Be careful, some spots or 10 minute only. There are two free structures closer to Orange Grove that are Unlimited for about 22 hours. No parking 3am-5am. So if you have to leave your car there overnight, fair warning that you might get ticketed and towed.

Pokitomik Burbank serves some of the best poke in town! The biggest challenge is definitely the parking in Downtown Burbank, it’s a struggle. But the staff here made my experience so much easier. I placed my order, went back to my car, and then returned to pick it up, back and forth, but it was absolutely worth it. The fresh ingredients, generous portions, and delicious flavors made up for the hassle. Highly recommend if you’re craving quality poke!

Pokitomik is our favorite poke spot! Their fish is comparable to a five star sushi restaurant, so fresh and delicious. The service is amazing, so welcoming and kind. If you’re a sushi and poke person this is the only place you should be coming to and regularly! So so amazing!

I am now a regular at PokiTomik Burbank. The poke bowls have helped me shed some weight, because when I order it with a salad base, it becomes a nutritious, protein packed low carb meal. I also realized that it is a good substitute for Sushi because some days I don’t feel like spending $60 to satisfy my sushi craving.
