Great breakfast, great portions. Best place I have ever had 2 beers and a whiskey sour at 8:30 in the morning.
Just getting of night shift and came here on recommendations from coworkers and they did not disappoint. I could tell you that the owner and staff gave the first round of drinks to health care workers on the house. I could tell you that a kind patron named Doug paid for three nurses meals and drinks. But what you need to know is that the staff are personable, kind, and attentive. That the food was fast, cooked to order, and delicious. And if the surroundings look a little rough it is surpassed by their hearts of gold!

A new favorite local bar. I enjoy stopping in for 1 or 2 coldys. Both the people and bar tenders have all been pleasant to us. The beers are cold and even better, they’re cheap. They serve up a good small menu of food. Smoking permitted!

I’ve always preferred the smaller “dive” bars over the larger chain places, and Southern didn’t disappoint. The patrons are local and quite friendly and the bartender knew what she was doing. Drinks were strong and I’m sure that the food is decent, although I didn’t have time to eat. If you’re looking for a nice little place that’s not too well lit with lots of friendly people, then this is a great place to be.

Southern is a neighborhood bar. It opens early and closes late. Usually open on holidays. As prices go, a tad higher than average. Many patrons utilize the skills game.

Listen.. The food and atmosphere Are amazing! You can drink.. Alcohol.. With your coffee.. Order food that is better cooked and prepared them any Dennys or Perkins.. And smoke after enjoying a great breakfast! They serve breakfast and got meals all day long! Hands down its the place to be in a Saturday or Sunday morning!
