The pizza is good but it feels like its missing something, get the wings!!! Their lemon pepper sauce is so yummy and the wings are cooked perfectly!!! They do charge them by the pound which is about 7-9 wings. We were staying to eat and the soda machine was not working, when we asked to see if they had anything else we got attitude from the girl behind the counter and then she ignored us. We were the only people sitting in the place and it took an hour to get our food and the restaurant was hot. Would order again but to go….

I truthfully can’t rank on the atmosphere since I always get delivery. But, if it’s anything like the food then it’s excellent. The pizza and the pasta is what we order when family visits and it’s always delicious and hot when it arrives and the delivery man is always friendly and courteous. We have never been disappointed!

We decided to drive up here to try this pizza place. I got to say they need to work on customer service. My husband went inside to see if we can sit outside because we had my baby fur and well the girl didn’t even bother on telling my husband he had to order inside then we go and sit. I went inside and asked the girl for the menu and asked to get the table cleaned. She was a bit busy on the phone taking orders. I white delivery man comes a d doesnt bother to ask what we needed then the second one comes and we asked him if we can get out table cleaned and he did. We finally get to order as we order she didnt bother on telling us any specials or anything which was kinda disappointed but oh well. We were a little lost if they would bring our food out or go get it and well the second white guy was actually nice enough to bring it out to us. The pepperoni pizza was good. The Hawaiian one was a bit flavorless to me but it was ok to eat but now the wings were on fire those were good. The salad was good as well. Over all we had a good dinner out in the mountains.

The pizza looked amazing and a tiny bite of the crust first–had flavor. The freshly-made pizza sauce was delicious! However, either the pizza was not cooked long enough or the house-made “pan” (traditional) dough was under proofed (I’m thinking the latter.) Also, the mouth feel was off. I don’t like an overly greasy pizza; but this pizza had none–you need some, right? I’d definitely return though and try, perhaps, a thin crust with pepperoni and a salad with their ranch dressing (also freshly made).

The pizza is excellent – if you have 2-4 hours to hope they actually make it. Every single time I’ve ever ordered I show up to pick it up when they told me to be there and they either have excuses as to why it’s not ready or appear to have no idea what I ordered altogether. Once happens, twice is odd, every single time is bad management. I’ll get my pizza elsewhere moving forward.

Everytime we try to go there they take forever. Over an hour for a simple pizza. They are rude on the phone. They always seem overwhelmed even when they have no customers. I called tonight an hour before closing and was promptly told they were closed but close at 9pm an hour later than when I called. Quality of the pizza has gone down with the takeover of the new owner. The main thing though is that we will never forget how one time it took over 2 hours for a pick up order.

By far the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life, and my favorite food has always been quality pizza. This place has topped every spot I’ve ever been too. Too bad I live 400 miles away in LA. I cannot wait to return and order my 4 large pies to take back with me!!!! Hidden Gem that leaves you wishing you lived in Big Sur!!!! Love your place!!

My girl and I were up in lake Arrowhead and we decided we wanted Pizza. So I googled a pizza place near me. Google suggested Roadhouse Pizza. Very good call Google. I have had pizza from Southern California all the way to New York, but the Roadhouse two-topping large stuffed crust pizza was about the best pizza my girlfriend or I have either had. It was so flavorful with spices on the crust and cheese galore. I mean they did not skimp on the cheese. The sauce was not heavy, like some places. The sauce had a nice light tomatoey flavor that is not high in acidity. Everybody that was working on this particular night were polite and very accommodating. My girlfriend and I will both definitely go back. If you find yourself in the vicinity of Roadhouse Pizza, and you’re just craving pizza, then I highly recommend stopping in at Roadhouse pizza. I also hope that if you do, then your experience is as pleasant as mine was.
