A surprisingly delightful gem inside The Summerlin Resort, this café charms from the moment you step in. The playful décor pulls you through the door, but it’s the food and service that make you stay.
For a casino venue, the pricing feels almost unreal—moderate, generous, and genuinely a value. Portions are hearty, and while some breakfast items mirror what you’ll find at the neighboring Market Place Buffet, the difference is immediate: everything here arrives hot, fresh, and clearly prepared with more intention. The service is another standout—warm, attentive, and effortlessly on point.
If you want a cozy spot that delivers quality without the casino markup, this café is absolutely worth the stop. Highly recommend.

The cool part is the location inside the casino, great spot to do people watching, and the music played there is entertaining but not loud. To be fair, this place is fine as long as you know what you’re getting: pre-packaged, cafeteria-style food. The fish in the fish and chips had a tell-tale cartoonish shape, and the spaghetti was drowned in a heavy sauce that came straight from a can. The chicken parmesan was equally basic. When I asked for balsamic dressing, I was handed oil and vinegar to dress my own iceberg salad, which was already hidden under a mountain of huge croutons. Dessert didn’t offer any surprises either—the cheesecake was passable but looked and tasted like it came from a factory.

This was just about my only lunch and subsequently supper option without venturing out of the resort so i ate here.
Nothing bad to say – they serve typical breakfast (all day long), your typical salad, burger, sandwich menu… nothing is bad but for my taste – not 5 star food. my crispy chicken sandwich was a bit Too crispy inside out… i also had cob salad which is large and fresh and will fill you up.
staff is pleasant and tries hard so they get 5 stars.
cafe is right next to the casino with glass walls so you can see all the “action”
overall – if you want a quick and inexpensive bite – this is it. if you want a more upscale meal and likely tastier – pick a different spot.

service is slow. waited 30 minutes for food. no utensils served, had to steal from another table. chicken wrap was bad. wrap was stale and crumbling. sandwich was overly stuffed with lettuce and chicken was dry and overcooked. Philly cheesesteak was equally bad. meat was left on griddle so long it was overcooked, burned and tasteless. too much oil on the bun made it a soggy mess.

Disappointed by most of the changes from new management. Instead of getting a pot of coffee, I got a cup & my server constantly kept coming & asking if I would like more coffee. No, I would like a pot of coffee & peace. The biscuits & gravy was dry, although my server offered to get me more gravy. My daughter’s omelette was over cooked instead of nice & fluffy. And the staff walked around doing their job like they were in a funeral parlor. What happened to all the laughter & happiness the staff used to have? Less food, overcooked food, dry food & no Ms. Lucy happy & singing. Yes, Ms Lucy was there but not her normal loving happy go lucky self. Ms. Kelly was the only saving grace today, she is a great server!! Get rid of new management & try again, because changing around the tables & chairs is ok, but you had to go & mess around with the food & staff. Happy staff means a great place to eat & Earl Grey’s ain’t the same when they are just doing their job!!! Why???

My husband and I came here for our Thanksgiving meal since we have no family in Las Vegas. It was 29.99 3 course meal. I had The Creamy Carrot Soup which was delicious but on the cold side, Beef Bourgogne very good but warm not hot enough for my liking, Pumpkin Cheesecake was good. My husband had turkey which he enjoyed. Margarita came in a can and I was not impressed, I didn’t care for the poor taste. Over I give them a 3 star. Quality if food wasn’t there and the food was too cold for my liking

Early Grey Cafe is located inside the Rampart Casino.
The service is awesome and the food is decent with very reasonably pricing.
Our pics will show the turkey dinner for $15.99 which includes a soup or salad … as you can see it was HUGE and tasted good with all white turkey meat. We also ordered the $29.95 Christmas 3 course prime rib dinner … prime rib was ok and the cute Yule Log dessert was ok.

The burger with french fries was really good and cooked as ordered. There are also delicious desserts like the chocolate caramel layer cake.
The service was very friendly, but it often takes quite a long time before the order is taken or the food is served.

Customer service was excellent. We were seated right away next to the glass wall overlooking the slot machines. Tables were spaced 6 ft apart. Interior neat organized airy and trendy. Our server Molly was very friendly, ensured our requeats were fulfilled, came by several times to see if we were ok. When she was on her break her co-server who was just as friendly came by to check on us. The omelettes were perfectly done as well as the roasted potatoes. My hubby is not a fan of roasted potatoes but he liked them a lot and finished them off. The receptionist cashier was great, cheerful, friendly and helpful. It was a very nice experience over all. We were comfortable and enjoyed it.
