Good variety of pizza and food available. Plain slice was ok; crust was too soft but not undercooked. The chicken and broccoli slice is better than expected because the chicken and broccoli itself were not overcooked like most pizzerias usually do. The white slice was delicious. The Grandma slice lacked a bit of flavor. Garlic knots were soft and airy with just enough garlic which was not overpowering. When the neighboring restaurants are busy, the shared parking lot is packed and is very difficult to find even a temporary spot.

I discovered this restaurant through the Too Good to Go app and thank God I did! This is some of the best Italian food I have ever had. Especially the chicken rolls. I have been there three times since and even ordered trays through them to cater my family dinner.

Garlic knots were amazing (4/5 Stars) but the pasta was below average (1.5/5 Stars), Sauce was acidic and a little bit bland, pasta was overcooked. I will update this after I taste the pizza. Good customer service. As far as atmospheres go its average.

Their pizza is delicious. It has a thin crispy crust, you know the kind that snaps when you fold it, with lots of gooey cheese. (OMG… YUM!!!!) Just thinking about it is making my mouth water… I have to go there again… lol. It’s a pizza joint, so it’s not fancy, but it has GREAT food!

In past food has been excellent and was a go-to local spot for my family. We used to get the big catering orders for parties and gatherings, so I wasn’t just an every so often slice and pinwheel customer. I would actively promote villa to friends all the time. Last night I ordered and first, they did not have any Sicilian slices. I understand business may be slow and money conservation a necessity these days, but that would be a staple you have at least one pie to cover customer base. Then, I ordered two pepperoni pinwheels and I got two items which I can only describe as pepperoni and cheese stuffed mini crescent rolls. It was actually pathetically comical. It was a good thing I ordered extra slices which ultimately were needed to sufficiently feed my five person family, due to lack of expected pinwheels. Family agreed that the pizza is nowhere near as good as it used to be and overall food quality has suffered greatly. Thought it may be a one-off bad night but I’ve checked other recent reviews and see similar experiences, which lend to overall declining nature of this once excellent pizzeria. I no longer have trust in their food capabilities and sadly will be going elsewhere from now on.
