Had two very good subs from here last week–one chicken cheesesteak and one turkey. Got the chicken cheesesteak on a regular (non-seeded) hoagie roll with Cooper sharp, onion, mayo, and ketchup. Very good overall. Turkey hoagie was even better with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, mayo, etc. Will definitely patronize here again. No frills on the interior and parking is a bit confusing but they know what they’re doing.

A basic sandwich shop, I went based on other reviews.
The Italian hogie I received had little too no taste. The lunch meats & cheese were very very cold (like right out of deep cooler); I feel if they were allowed to rest outside the cooler the flavors would release. Sadly, though we’re in NJ (where I tend to love all bread) the roll was dry and tasteless

Highly recommend. Great little Italian deli making amazing hoagies and other Italian dishes. I had the Old World Italian hoagie and I honestly cannot say enough about it. It was delicious, the meats and cheese were sliced just right. Will be back for sure… Oh and they have there own soda!

GREAT place. AWESOME ITALIAN HOAGIE. only wished I’da looked at the specials to get one of the specialized Italian Hoagies. I grew up in the area but live in VA Beach now. This will definitely be a stop every time I come back to visit. People were really nice and food was fantastic.

We had high hopes given the good reviews, but unfortunately we did not share the same experience.
First, we were told our total was $72 plus tax over the phone. When my husband went to pick up the order, they charged him $104. Note: thinking maybe it was a mistake, I totaled the order up through their online ordering system and it came to $79. I am not sure why we were charged an extra $30.
The cheesesteaks were extremely dry and full of gristle. The chicken caesar salad was $11.50 and as you can see it was just some lettuce, some chunks of bread, and a few scraps of chicken. The pasta salad looked good but had no flavor. On a positive note, my daughter seemed to like the macaroni salad and the roast beef Italiano was okay.

Best clam chowder my father ever had! I have been a customer for nearly 25 years, Usually get the special that changes daily, or the Old World or regular Italian hoagie. It’s wonderful, prompt, friendly, you can’t beat Lou & Ann‘s Deli!!
