Best bar food in Clemson. I come here every Wednesday after class with my friends for lunch. They always have creative and delicious specials, and their burgers, chicken tenders, and wraps are all great. Staff rocks – Dan is my goat.

Kitchen was closed upon arrival so we just wanted to get a drink. Stood at the bar for 10 minutes clearly waiting and it wasn’t busy. Got straight up ignored.
The server even looked at us and said have a great night, having not even acknowledged us.

What a major disappointment… While it’s been a couple of years since our last visit, we always found the food and service to be excellent. The “special” was BBQ Pork served in a variety ways so we ordered a pork sandwich and the nachos with the pork. The nachos were disgusting – “homemade tortilla chips” were greasy, undercooked and cold, the pork was ice cold, the cheese wasn’t melted – what a train wreck! And the pork sandwich? less than 1/2″ of pork which ended up being 4/5 bread to 1/5 pork – never have had a BBQ sandwich be any worse. Ordered the fries with the sandwich…and they came out cold. The only saving grace was the hush puppies which came out hot and really tasty! Service was excellent, but will not overcome this mess. With lots of other choices just down the street, it’s no more Loose Change for us

Order hush puppies for sure! Service is excellent (even though there were only 2 servers it didn’t feel like that-they were on the spot and we never felt like we waited too long but never felt like they were hovering either). It’s an authentic dive bar-it’s a “no frills” meal but the food was on point. Fed a family of 4 for around $80 including drinks and apps. It’s a solid rec from us.
