Not open yet. They don’t even have the signs up yet. Don’t create and publish business online as an active business if it’s not even done being built or the signs aren’t even put up yet. Drove out of my way when this showed up on my search as the closet location to get a coffee this morning and got there to see it’s not open, not done being built and it’s going to be inside a gas station that not even done being built yet either. Would have just gone somewhere else but this came up as the closet and showed it was open.

Brand New Location built into the the side of a Kangaroo Gas Mart. These reviews are terrible and I don’t know why. All I get is coffee from the drive through but my orders have been correct and the staff has been very polite. I like it because it is new and is not that busy yet. The drive through barely backs up. This is the closet Dunkin to my house and I am happy to have it here.

It’s an easy to understand why this store has so low ratings. Today I went through the drive-through and ordered what I thought was a pretty simple order. A bacon and egg bagel on a plain bagel with butter. I also ordered a soda. The order taker did not repeat my order and told me to pull around. When I received the bag, it had two sandwiches in there. So I told the lady I think I have the wrong order at which time another employee told me that I ordered A sandwich and a bagel. When I correct them, I was told no that’s what I ordered and then she began to quote what She thought I had ordered. When I repeated my order verbatim, I was told that I had ordered wrong, and then they began to coach me on how to order properly in the future. When it was pointed out that there was no butter on my sandwich, one employee told the other to just throw some butter in the bag. When I pointed out that it would be difficult for me to drive down the road and butter my bagel the employee took the sandwich back and was clearly frustrated, but said they’d put butter on it. When I receive the sandwich, it had one blob of butter on one spot on the Sandwich. So my sandwich was completely dry other than that one bite. Don’t believe I’ll be back there, but my recommendation for ownership is clean house and get a new staff because even though the store was literally empty and I was the only one in the drive-through they still couldn’t find it in there spirit to make my sandwich the right way and not blame me for the confusion. In my opinion, 2.8 stars is too high for the store.
