I had DoorDash pick it up and bring it to me. It was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. Not only was it bland. It was a very poor quality. In my opinion I would get a little Caesars before I would get Pizza Hut. And I don’t go to Little Caesars.. The worst $103 I’ve spent for two pizzas and some cinnamon rolls. My kids won’t eat it. My dog won’t eat it.!

Tonight I had ordered 2 pizzas cheese bread and wings. I should have known my order would have been messed up from the start when it took them 5 minutes to acknowledge I was there. I was patient as I realize times can get busy. After waiting 20 minutes(wait time wasn’t an issue) I received my order and it was wrong which I didn’t know until I got home(35 minute drive). For paying $50 and leaving a good tip to receive a plain cheese pizza, not to mention it’s sloppy. I ordered chicken bacon ranch for reference. It’s like they didn’t even try and just wanted to customers gone. Then I tried to call to let someone know first person says he can’t do nothing, forwarded me to a line that immediately hung up.

Best Pizza Hut location – food is always exactly as ordered with no errors and ready for pickup in less than 15 mins. Staff is very personable and welcoming, providing service that is unmatched. If upper management reads this review – double whatever you’re paying them !!! Chefs kiss

I have nothing against a company trying to succeed.
I wish the best for the owner and hope he is able to relocate to a more small business friendly state.
That being said,
I belive, I will see the collapse of Pizzahut within my lifetime.
A just under 13 inches “medium” pizza with what tastes like 2 whole spoonfuls of sauce, was 21 bucks.
This shows a clear sign of the times.
Keeping a business afloat when inflation is up and some materials are almost double.
The staff where nice, polite, and friendly.
I’m not saying don’t go here, please do,
Just know that 1 “medium” pizza cost more then state minimum wage.

I was just charged by Monroe pizza hut. I received an error message that prompted me to call the store directly to ensure my order went through. I hope with the rudest, young male, that would not provide his name. He was blasting music into the phone the entire conversation. I asked if my order went through. He said no. He also let me know this is a known issue today and he just works at the store, he doesn’t know why it’s happening. I asked him to make sure I was refunded since I was charged, yet the order didn’t go through. He said he can’t and to call.my bank to dispute it….what????? I told his thats an exceptionally poor suggestion and that I should have to report a fraud charge. He didn’t care. I asked what is corporates number, he said look it up online….Very rude, poor customer service. I asked him for his name and position, he hung up on me. I am contacting the better business bureau and the Washington state attorney generals office to report this illegal activity. That young man should be reprimanded, at best.

I still have the entire amount processing 6 days later. My money is frozen. Ive had zero help by Pizza Hut. Terrible service. I had one rep named Melinda email me that she can assist if I was charged, yet it’s from a “no-reply” email. She also said I can call her…she didn’t leave a number.
I reached out to the email provided in the reply below to No Reponse (shocking).

I ordered a pasta tonight and I could barley even eat it the top had so much garlic or whatever it is that I could barley enjoy it or even taste the Alfredo sauce it was watery and just not appetizing my delivery driver was very nice tho

Went there to order a pizza when I walked in the girl at the front counter never said hello or welcome to pizza hut the only thing she said was “Are you here for a pick up” and she wasn’t even friendly about that I told her “No” I would like to place an order and asked if there was a menu she pointed at the end of the counter and mumbled something and I said excuse me could you repeat that I couldn’t hear what you said she replied “the menu is over there as I looked I couldn’t see a menu after searching behind some stand up fliers there was a white 9×11 piece of paper so I picked it up thinking how odd a menu on a white piece of paper and after looking at it everything was computer typed on it the problem was a lot of what was typed on it was faded and you couldn’t hardly read it so I figured they didn’t need my money and because of the lack of ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE I decided to take my hard earned money to their competition and went across the parking lot to Dominos pizza, the young man at Domino’s was very customer friendly so I ordered there and in fact tipped them $15 dollars for their customer service, so I want to say to the management of pizza hut fix your unfriendly employees get a better menu instead of what you had there and I might consider coming back and ordering from you and to the young lady at the counter who doesn’t understand that when you give good customer service you make more money in tips and it adds up at the end of your week you lost out because of it, your loss Pizza Hut not mine.
