I come here often with my friend and today was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced here. To start off, the employee who took my order had a poor attitude (more like he didn’t want to be there) and I felt almost embarrassed for ordering the food I did. Then as I was waiting I heard a female cook ask the guy who took my order if he “took an edible because I ain’t making that shit today” not sure what she was referring to but it was loud and frankly inappropriate. Then our food came and I was waiting for the drinks, the person who gave me my drinks placed them on the table with some force and when I asked if I could get bbq sauce he sighed and went “oh my god.” As he grabbed them and threw them on the table and walked away. Everyone there clearly did not want to be there today. And the cherry on top was my friends burger that had a little dot of ketchup, it made us laugh a bit but here’s a pic to show what I mean.

Needed some food late night and Burger King sounded good. Really can’t beat the 2 for $5 chicken sandwiches. The cashier was very friendly and upbeat for late at night.

The manager, a long hair fellow working on the evening shift on October 24th, did a fabulous job under immense pressure. I mean, the drive-thru was full, the dine-in was full, and he was still making a great effort to be accommodating and kind. We moved our drive-thru mobile order inside because we were on a time crunch. He level-headedly assigned us to the front instead and got our food out in a very reasonable time all things considered. A customer even rudely yelled at him about being a little slow to the register (giving his team a necessary break in orders just to catch up with it all) and he still met him where he was at calmly and took up the register himself to serve him. The way he conducted himself, and even the way his team conducted themselves, I’m sure in part due to his kind and efficient leadership, is so highly applaudable. I hope that if a Google Review has any power, it’d have the power to give them a raise. I hope they all have the best of nights, this will always be my go-to fast food chain place, especially over that McDonalds across the way, any day of the week.

It’s Burger King. My rating if based on it being a fast food chain in central vermont. Typically it’s good, I’ve had some hiccups though in what I actually get and if it’s warm. Either way, it usually hits the spot when the craving occurs. Service was great.

The breakfast sandwich was old and all hardened on the bottom. Very gross. Had to throw away. Hash browns were good. It has also gotten too expensive for this fast food.

I made a Mobil order and didn’t get 3 of the 8 things I ordered. When I called the woman on the phone wasn’t helpful at all, told me she couldn’t refund and that their GM would call me later about it. Something I very doubt.
Sorry but nearly half the things I paid for, I didn’t get. You should be givin a refund for that.

This Burger King is really a miss. Yes , its fast food, yet I still expect to have a moderate amount of care when im spending $15 for a full meal.
Ive been to other Burger Kings that at least fill the fry cup. Here its 1/2 full and the burger looks like its been sat on by an elephant. Remeber that scene in Falling Down where Michael Douglas freaks out about the advertisement vs. the flat crumpled up sandwich he gets? This is worse.

I ordered Burger King through DoorDash. They went through Barre Vt BK. When I got the order it was a completely different burger than what I asked for. The put the tag of what I was supposed to get on it. I posted the pic of the burger I got in my order on Door Dash unfortunately my phone did not save the pic I posted. I talked to the manager of BK and told me there was nothing he could do. And it wasn’t there problem. I told him that it was because the bags were sealed and couldn’t be tampered with. I feel they have horrible service. It’s not the first time I had this happen.
