I will be filing a complaint to corporate with this store order my usual sent my husband to go get it because I was to tired from working all day with a bad back. Brown sugar shaken espresso he came back with a dark chocolate burnt coffee drink. I tried to drink it but couldn’t and I ordered this drink multiple times to know whoever made this drink that night shouldn’t work there.

Worst starbucks in the area. Go to the one on 70. Be careful if you put in a mobile order and have to be somewhere, could take forever.
Second time trying this place, closer to my house so I put in a mobile order for a very simple cold drink, like literally put it in the cup and go. Got there after a 13 min drive, waited in front of the pick up desk, watched people come in, order, and leave with their drinks. I see an empty cup with my name, she says “oh are you waiting on that?” Then comes back and puts some drink there and says “here you go”, I’m late, grab it, realize down the way it’s noteven my drink. Never coming back here, what a mess.

This is only 1 reason I love this location. The employees are always so kind. If there is ever a mistake (which is rare) is it corrected immediately, with a smile and deep apologies. This cup message tonight still has me smiling hours later. I used to come every night before work and then stopped because of changes of work hours. I love this and to be remembered is amazing considering how many people come through this location. I will always come here and tell people to come here.

THis is a very new location. in fact i was driving through and google did not say there was a Starbucks so i gave up…. and then drove by this location! what is going on google? anyway when i pulled into the parking lot i zoomed in and … there it was.. but it wouldn’t pull up in a search.. super weird. anyway the bathrooms were clean. the food came very quickly. it was all on point. only one complaint is the cashier at the time i came was not interested in small talk at all.. zero… just biz. Typically Starbucks is better then that. Maybe they should send her to Dunkin Donuts lol . i don’t hold that against the rest of the place. everything else is great. just watch for that personal service.
