It’s really cool when the only employees that’s in their vehicle and watches you sit there and wait doesn’t get out of their vehicle and watches you pull away after sitting there for a little while waiting for someone to come to the window after ringing that stupid little doorbell. Totally awesome. Is there a way to leave zero stars because that’s where we’re at. I take care of people all day long. Sometimes I get off late. I’m starving. Because I don’t get a chance to eat all day long! So I just love it whenever I finally find something I can eat. It’s ready and there and convenient only for someone to be sitting there on their break just staring. Gotta love it. It’s a wonder that place is still in business, and now I understand why I never see any cars there..

I recently visited the Bottineau Subway and had a mixed experience. While the food was amazing and met all my expectations, I was disappointed with the behavior of one of the workers who was very rude. On a positive note, another worker was super polite and helpful, which I appreciated. Overall, the service needs improvement, but the food quality is excellent.

Absolutely horrible can’t get a single thing right when you order online. There is one single competent worker and he makes them right every time. Any other time expect more on your order to be wrong than right. Subway is an easy job and almost every employee can’t seem to read a simple receipt on how to assemble a sub. Absolutely ridiculous.

So only reason for the 4 stars is only older woman working on weekend of high school volleyball tournament with 12 teams so high possibility it going to be busy during intermission and with town traffic. Tge older lady was a beast. Did awesome job, friendly and apologetic for the wait. A+ service. So my 4 stars comes because the reason she was by herself was because the girl who was supposed to be there went into labor at 9am. Things happen. My question on what I’d call an event weekend why would you only schedule the awesome worker with someone who is ready to pop apparently on an event weekend. And why not send her some help. Felt very bad for the woman working. She was awesome. Didn’t get mad or frustrated took us all one at a time. Unfortunately we had hour break. Took 45 min to get our subs. So had to go straight back. And eat on the way. Wanted to go to Marie’s but was worried about enough time. It’s called fast food for a reason. Was not fast. Again to the okdervwoman who was working Jay-Z said it best….. Ladies too are pimps go brush your shoulders off. ❤️

I am a concerned customer, and recently an incident has happened at this subway that I’d like to address.
Yesterday, August 29, 2023, at around 7:30PM, the subway was being closed due to one of the employees struggling with a mental breakdown. While this employee was respectfully telling other customers to leave, (Including myself,) I heard multiple customers insulting the poor girl, and calling her names. I was absolutely disgusted by this. There is absolutely no reason to be insulting a child for having a hard time. I am deeply disgusted and disappointed in all of the entitlement and arrogance in these customers, and if you are reading this, you should be ashamed of yourselves. If you care more about getting your food, than the crying overwhelmed child trying to keep it together in front of you, then I’d suggest never going into this establishment. As customers we should have some respect for the workers, and we should not throw temper tantrums and call them names when we don’t get what we want. Have some respect.

Made an order online. Ham and cheese melt instead we got a turkey and cheese melt. Ordered meals they didn’t include my beverage or chips. We also had cookies on the order witch we also didn’t receive. We asked for a refund and they can’t give it to us. A bunch of kids playing instead of doing there jobs. It’s more of a social hour instead. Ridiculous

I order a salad nothing cut up whole slices of tomato’s and meat in whole slices. I ordered bacon on my salad and no bacon on it. No lettuce option on app because normally lettuce is added. Didn’t get any lettuce. So I paid over $8 and didn’t get my money’s worth at all. I am never order a salad or protein bowl again. This isn’t the first time. I order a protein bowl meat not cut up at all how are you supposed to eat like that. All the person at the store said was they no longer do chopped salads just layered. So if I wasn’t coming home to eat it I would have had a tougher time to eat it.

We went to Subway in Bottineau today for lunch. When we got there, there were several people waiting in line to order. There were only 2 workers, a male and female. The female was making the subs, and the male was running the till. The male tried several times to help the female out, but she repeatedly snapped at him in a very rude manner and treated him horribly telling him to leave stuff alone and go stand by the till. There were a few people that walked out before ordering.
The female worker was obviously overwhelmed, but her behavior made everyone standing in line feel extremely uncomfortable. After she snapped at the male worker, yet another time, she announced to everyone “people, I am the only one making subs today so you’re going to have to be patient with me”, she saw that more people walked in and she started to cry. She then left the work area in the middle of making a sub and went to the back room. That is when my family and I walked out instead of ordering.
