This was such a great experience!! This was my first time ever having piada and definitely won’t be the last!! Patrick, GG, and Ashely were amazing!! The food was so good and everyone seemed so happy to be there! GG was half way thru making my meal and I changed my mind and she remade it with no problem at all and a smile on her face! Patrick was checking us out and a door dash driver came in and he was so respectful and kind to her, I feel like that doesn’t happen much at a restaurant these days. My coworker and I had such a fun time and will definitely be back!

Delicious and unique pasta! We got the carbonara with hot chicken and and diavola and we were pleasantly surprised by the spice – which we love! The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our experience.

Went to try it out for the first time, great idea but bad execution. The people working did not seem to want to be there and they all seemed to be irritated with each other ever answer I heard was full of attitude towards each other. I also ordered the Calamari and Hot Peppers, I got 5 pieces of Calamari, 7 hot peppers and a TON of deep fried crumbs. Glad my kids didn’t care for it either, makes it easier to not come back. It is located right around the corner from my house and I still will not be back. Maybe it was just too early to visit this newly opened restaurant, I don’t see it sticking around if things do not change, man other reviews are saying the same as I am and nothing has changed.

Stopped here to grab dinner and wanted to try the new restaurant. Haven’t had piada before so can’t compare it. Service was great, restaurant was clean and very nice inside. I had the chef’s favorite with Italian sausage and also a garlic pocket. The flavors of the ingredients seemed decent overall but my main complaint for both items was they were incredibly salty. I don’t eat a lot of salt but typically it doesn’t bother me but it was overwhelming in both items. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s a new store and they’re learning or my food choices or what but I am planning on trying it again in the future.

Came here after seeing its hype on TikTok and since there isn’t one in the city I live in I had to come while in town. There was a small line which was a good sign. Once it was my turn I was asked if it was my first time and then given some recommendations. I opted for the “loaded Mac” and was even given the option to wait on a fresh batch. Since I opted to wait Daisha offered me a sample of the carbonara which was delicious and what I will get the next time.

First off let me say the food here is absolutely amazing! But more importantly is the service. Every time i’ve been here ive been greeted with a friendly welcoming smiley face. Warm hospitality and great service. I had an issue with a delivery order, where the dasher had made multiple stops ahead of mine, rendering delivery time nearly 48 minutes. I know things like this are completely out of the control of the restaurant. When i called to speak with someone, i wasn’t just blown off, i was spoken to sympathetic, and was actually treated more than fair. Carson, whom i had never met nor spoke with went out of his way to make sure i was taken care of. A few days later i called just to ensure that my credit was still available and Carson was not there. However a different manager (Whom i didn’t get his name) handled the whole ordeal with grace and gratitude! Outstanding job fellas on the great service and thank you so much for going out of each one of your way to ensure i was left a happy customer! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING
