I recently visited the Subway location where an employee named Bryson G made my experience very unpleasant. While placing my family’s sandwich order, my dad and brother sent me a voicemail with their requests so I could order correctly. There was nothing wrong with that — it was simply an easier way for them to communicate their order to me.
However, Bryson decided to comment on how my family communicated their order, calling it “lazy” and making jokes about it. His tone and attitude were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was shocked that an employee would make negative remarks about a customer’s family like that, especially when we were being polite and just trying to order our food.
On top of that, the order wasn’t even made correctly — we specifically asked for jalapeños on one of the sandwiches, and they were completely left off.
This entire experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I hope management looks into this issue and ensures that both respect and attention to detail are prioritized in the future.

I went in today and asked for gluten-free bread, I have celiac disease, so bread is a big no for me. And the guy gave me normal bread had a horrible reaction to it. So if u have celiac disease or gluten-free for any other reason don’t eat here

The maintainers need to fill in patches and holes created from dogs digging. People need to watch their animals more and clean up after them. I think that there should be lights, even if solar, for many reasons, one being that people will be less likely to dump animals there and in winter months when it gets dark early there’s more time.

My wife and I ate from here today and we both got a stomach ache from it. I know it was from here because I didn’t eat anything else today, but my wife did. This was our only common source of food.
I love subway, and always been a big fan. Discovered this one nearby my work place. Safe to say I won’t be going here again. It’s just too bad.

If I could give a 0 I would. Place was clean but Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Young lady had the worst attitude I’ve probably ever dealt with. Ordered a 6″ The Boss sandwich. Probably the driest sandwich I’ve ever had. Mind you, I ordered this sandwich in store at around 1 pm.

No problem with the food BUT! If you order online ahead of time don’t leave with out checking your order! This is the second time our order was wrong but this time I came back because I don’t like hunny mustard and there was no way around that. Lady seemed annoyed but ♀️ I can’t scrap that off and they should really label their sandwiches. (None of them were labeled)

I go to this place atleast once a week. I never had issues until today. The girl with multiple tattoos was rude. I ordered 2 different sandwiches, when I forgot one ingredient, I asked to add it, that’s when she gave attitude “are sure this time.” Then when she gave the total bill, I paid. She didn’t put them in a bag or offer any napkins, just walked away. I was the only customer in the establishment.

I always write reviews on my first visit. On my first visit to this subway the bread wasn’t baked all the way, the vegetables looked bad, the sandwich artist didn’t ask what kind of cheese I wanted, she barely put any ingredients on the sandwich. I had to take it back home and re-cook it in my oven. I won’t go back to this location.
