Good pit stop area before a road trip. Ladies’ restroom has 2 stalls and the toilet paper holder was busted on the smaller stall.
Self-checkout was convenient but there was a loud beeping somewhere in the cashier which was annoying-not sure how the workers can stand it. Gas prices are OK for the area usually and there is free air at 2 parking spots.

I was picking up a Doordash order and this cashier, “Ma V” was extremely rude to me. I waited in line to ask her for the order because there was no pickup rack and she attempted to belittle me for not seeing the “pickup” sign hanging from the ceiling in the area that had no employees in it, directly across from her counter. So, you want me to wait over here where there is no one to help me instead of asking you to do your job and prepare an order that should already be ready in the first place? No. Every other Wawa in town has a delivery pickup rack in a certain place. I looked for it in this store, too. It wasn’t there. All you had to do is have the order ready. It is not a flex to not have the order ready and act like you don’t want to be there. I don’t want to be here either, but I’m paid to pick up and deliver these orders and you’re paid to have them ready and without an attitude.
Thank you to the young lady who actually did get the order ready, I apologize for not getting your name to recognize your kindness and quickness. Wawa, you might want to watch “Ma V”, whatever kind of name that even is, I don’t know, but she definitely needs more training in customer service. Or just, training. I doubt there was any to begin with.

Everything is perfect! Usually every time. However, wawa recently changed their straws. PLEASE! Bring back the recyclable straws. The cheap straws don’t work. They crack! Making it impossible for you to drink your drink or frappe or whatever it is that you order. They also bend flat at the top. Making it impossible for you to drink your drink. So PLEASE! Change the straws back to the recycled ones or order stronger straws. Thanks!

Worst Wawa in alachua county. Food order is constantly made wrong, get approached by beggars in the parking lot like clock work, and have had things stolen from my parked/locked vehicle in broad daylight. Don’t stop here unless you have some cash, at least 30 minutes to wait for food, don’t care for your personal property and don’t mind not getting what you actually ordered

I’ve had enough of the Wawa at this location. The environment is honestly becoming unacceptable. It’s extremely unprofessional and, quite frankly, feels unsafe at times. The managers clearly have no control or concern for the store’s atmosphere — homeless individuals are allowed to sit directly outside the doors and aggressively beg from customers. It’s also common to see them wandering the parking lot at all hours, approaching cars for money. This makes the entire experience uncomfortable from the moment you arrive.
Inside, it doesn’t get much better. The food workers are painfully slow and constantly distracted, often holding personal conversations with random customers while ignoring others waiting for their orders. The level of professionalism is nonexistent, and it shows in the presentation of the food — sloppy, rushed, and nowhere near the standard you’d expect from a brand like Wawa.
This location desperately needs new management and a serious cleanup of both staff performance and parking lot policies. Until then, I won’t be returning.

I usually love Wawa, but today I had several issues. The $6 meal deal theyre advertising everywhere didn’t ring up and I got no explanation. Also my food was ready but I was still filling up my drink so I didnt hear my number be called (they didnt use the speaker, they were just calling out numbers.) They must have only called once, because then I was standing in the area while 6 other people got their food. By the time I asked about my order my food was cold.

We drove extra miles for the breakfast deal! Turned out we got there with 6 minutes to spare. We grabbed our meal but no hash browns were left. Neda grabbedl her manager asked if she could get two hash browns and in minutes we were back on the road. She not only works hard but she has an amazing attitude we left laughing. Just called this gas station it’s called Wawa this is the worst place that a Wawa could be put they have rude employees disrespect I can’t even do their job it’s always filled with homeless people who is begging money it’s never opened 24 hours why because it’s on the east side of town however since they can put a cop in a Wawa on University downtown why can’t they put one there on the East end of why is there a cop at Wawa downtown Gainesville doesn’t really make sense to me but that’s okay there’s more gas stations than just Wawa and I wouldn’t go to any of them it’s a joke they don’t need to be in Gainesville say bye-bye Wawa
