Wow!!!!! The food here is very good! Its been years since I’ve had a flavorful, well portioned carne asada tacos and asada tortas. True Mexican food at its finest. The menu is extensive offering enchiladas, menudo, burritos, tamales, and many other staple dishes. I’ve driven past this hole in the wall on a daily basis and I’m kicking myself that I didn’t visit sooner. I came in on a Saturday lunch rush and was in and out in almost 14 minutes. The place is busy but they got my order out quick. I recommend this place over many I have recommended in the past. Worth the drive and the wait. Oh and the red salsa is spicy and the green is tasty, a little on the same side for me but the flavor is there.

This might be the best tacos I have found in Denver so far. I’m from San Diego so my standards for real Mexican food are super high and I usually think Denver Mexican food is too Americanized. The here food is delicious, fast, affordable, authentic and great service. The pastor is amazing and the tortillas are bomb. The ladies that serve you are super nice and take care of you. It’s a taco truck in a parking lot so don’t expect more on the location.

I have heard about this Mexican food truck for over a year from various people and decided to find it. So glad that I did as the owners Monica and her father Oscar make the most authentic and fresh Mexican food. Their high school daughter Luna works the truck and everything from the super friendly and welcoming service to the food can’t be beat. Too bad they don’t have a stand alone restaurant as it would be a hit!
