Popped into here to celebrate a family event in December of 2025. We were greeted at the door by the owners who are lovely people!
We shared that it was our first time and they were thrilled to give us a tour and spent quite a bit of time helping us choose which mouth-watering item, savory or sweet, best suited our visit.
The outdoor patio was packed, which made the time they gave us all the more special.
It’s obvious their boards are crafted with care and love. As you can see from the photos, everything is colorful, fun, and yummy!
We had the grandkids with us and they had a blast with the s’mores board!!!! They were carefully supervised by the owners and ourselves so there was no danger of burning the place down, LOL
The drinks were also amazing as they have a eclectic variety of wines, beers, and local specialty drinks which perfectly complemented our charcuterie boards!
We held our little celebration party, in the side room, which was private yet allowed us to enjoy the ultimate, Christmasay atmosphere.
Cork and board is now our family’s go-to place for everyday, celebrations, and just plain fun!
If you haven’t been there, I urge you to make haste as you will be delightfully, delighted by their decadent and delicious desserts!

Huge shoutout to Cork & Board! My parents were celebrating their 50th anniversary in Pagosa Springs. I wanted to have something special delivered to them when they arrived. I didn’t want to use a chain or online company – I wanted to use someone local. On a recommendation from the florist at City Market, I contacted Cork & Board. They were amazing to work with and went above and beyond to make my parent’s anniversary special. I can’t wait to visit them in person when we vacation in Pagosa this summer.

We’ve had so many great experiences at Cork & Board. We’ve celebrated Birthdays, Friendships and Life… with and without live entertainment (music). It’s a very welcoming adult atmosphere and the people are absolutely wonderful (very kind and informative). The wine options are super tasty and the board offerings (cheese, meat, crackers, etc.) are incredibly delicious!!! It’s a place and experience that we highly recommend (it’s consistently amazing and one of Pagosa’s finest).

My husband and I went out for a much needed date night to Cork & Board and we had so much fun! It was a perfect day so we sat on the patio and our server was Sara. She is awesome and provided such stellar service to make our date special. The owners were super friendly and you can tell that everyone takes great care and pride in what and how they serve their guests. We split the meat & cheese board and the baguettes with olive oil. Both were delicious, and the board was a thoughtfully curated selection of tasty, unique items. We also split a bottle of Chardonnay that was fantastic. Bob the Wine Guy was so knowledgeable and delightful to chat with. We had an excellent time and will be back again very soon! Thanks for the great experience!

My partner and I loved this place! Great wine selection and food is awesome. The classic board fed both of us easily and had a great variety of flavors. Desserts were also fantastic, we came back twice for the ginger snap & ice cream combo! Definitely worth stopping by.

We had a wonderful time at Cork & Board. Scott and Jennifer have done a great job creating a warm, welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, the charcuterie board delicious, and the wine very tasty and reasonably priced. We will absolutely be coming back.
