I go here very often and normally the food is good and when I ask for fresh I always get it but this week I had decided to order my family a 50 piece nuggets and asked for fresh but while on the way home I couldn’t wait to eat them the first was great and the second one was awful they had given me half fresh and half old. You can look at the picture and clearly see.

I ordered take out. Waited an hour for my food that was already done and sitting in the back. I’m not sure how they expected me to know it was done. After I asked how much longer they said it’s been done. When I went home to eat it all the food was cold and I was missing my drink. Also kids were running around in the kitchen area. If I could I’d give -5 stars, rediculous.

KFC is a place that has the potential to be really good. The recent renovations are bright, whimsical and attractive. Our food was excellent, hot and arrived without much delay. However, KFC is understaffed. One lady taking and filling orders is simply not enough. We arrived minutes before the dinner crowd, and by the time we left there was a long line. Had we arrived just 15 minutes later, we probably would have left rather than waiting in line. We had to clean our own table, due to the fact that there wasn’t an employee available to clean the dining room. I understand budget constraints, but even one additional employee would have made a difference.

Always satisfied here, although some of the menu had changed and prices a little more, but that’s with everything now. The food was great and the staff were friendly. The inside was very clean and organized. We enjoyed our meals and will be visiting again.

Waited in line to order for half an hour and another half an hour for food to be prepared. Very short staffed. What staff they had was very nice and working as quickly as they could. Their employee that took the orders and collected payments was having to alternate the front desk with the drive thru and also deliver the food. I don’t believe there were over 3-4 employees present. The on line orders actually complicated the process because of no dedicated on line employees to complete this process. Also, evidently not enough cooks present since no food was prepared in a timely manner.

I think the place is clean and the staff does a great job as well, but just being a picky eater with my chicken tenders, they seem to never get them crunchy enough and the meat almost feels like it needs cooked more but again im someone that eats my foods extra crispy. Other than my tenders complaint, I love all the sides and drinks and everything else included in meals. Overall great place to eat.

Food was good.. but drivethru had me pull around to wait. After 20 minutes I went in to get order. Only to see an empty restaurant and they were assembling my order. Seems KFC might need to hire better workers

I have gone 3 different times. The 1st time the chicken was so dry. I called they did replace the order at no cost a month later. When I got home with the replacement the potatoes were runny and tasted like water.

The food is good if you get what you ordered. The staff at the drive thru are mostly hateful and don’t care about the business or anything about the people who eat there.

Once again this Kentucky fried Chicken did not have any chicken fried had to wait a half an hour for them to cook some ,got home and it was original recipe not the extra crispy , what kind of restaurant at 5:30 in the evening on a Friday doesn’t have the chicken ready to go this is like the four out of five times now
