So nice to have a decent family restaurant on the East end of Hesperia. Clean, bright decor. Clean restaurant tables, floors, menus, condiments. I ordered Poblano Omelet. Very tasty. Husband ordered “2+2+2” from the Senior menu, and was happy with his food as well. Our server was attentive and friendly. Two negatives: 1) $4.09 for 8-10 oz Iced Tea. Yes, it was mostlikely free refills, but I did not need a refill. I can buy a bottle of beer, happy hour, for $4.00. 2) When we walked in, a team member yelled from the far side of the restaurant to the front entrance “HELLO, WELCOME!!” which we appreciated, but preferred not to yell, or disrupt other diners, so did not respond. We’ll be back! Give them a try!

Good Customer Service! Once we walked in every staff greeted us. It was very clean and neat. The waitress was amazing! Very attentive and friendly. Our food and drinks were out fast, very delicious, everything was very good, no complaints. The Manager was amazing, love her vibe, making everyone feel welcome and making sure everyone had what they needed. Love this IHOP! Definitely returning.

My wife and I decided to eat here because it’s very close to our house. This is our second time; the first time was when they first opened, and we didn’t like it. My wife said, “Let’s give it another chance.” Unfortunately, the service is very poor. There’s only one waitress for the entire restaurant, and she didn’t take our order properly. The coffee wasn’t ready, and when we asked for another one, it wasn’t ready either. We asked the waitress what was wrong with the service, and she said she was very sorry, but there’s only one waitress for the whole restaurant. What really bothered me was the coffee. I only had one cup, and that’s the reason I come here, because I love coffee. Manager of this restaurant, pay attention, or you’ll lose your customers.

Very disappointing. Coffee was just hot water when creamer was added looked like milk. When addressed the manager she said “oh I know that’s how it is made I would have to cut out filter on top so no I can’t do that.” So I guess if you want coffee don’t go there. Portions are tiny and subpar. So if you want to pay about $5 per cup of hot water instead of coffee and a small subpar breakfast this is the place for you. Worth the drive to go elsewhere. Zero stars. Not accommodating

Today, February 14,2025, at 7a.m. came to eat with the wife, and the food was DELICIOUS the cook “carlos,miguel” if i remember the names correctly, they did an EXCELLENT JOB. We eat out often, and the way they cook was just something else. I mean that in the best way. It’s like when everything just goes your way in a perfect way. Thank you so much, guys. The service with isabel was phenomenal, and the very nice attitude. IHOP, THE MANAGER SHOULD BE VERY HAPPY AND PROUD TO HAVE EMPLOYEE’S LIKE THIS. THANK YOU.. will definitely be coming back.
