This is a fantastic Mexican food restaurant. We’ve traveled all over and try Mexican places everywhere and always still compare it to Los Tres! Excellent bar, great salsa and all meats are consistently, well cooked. Highly recommend.

We had family in town for funeral service and kinda bombarded the crew at lunch hour with 50+ people on friday.. The crew did an awesome job getting everyone taken care of, food was awesome. I would highly recommend. Be patient if it takes a minute to get your food because they are busy. It is well with the wait. Only let me post 5 stars, but say at least 6. Amazing crew, Thanks you!

For a small town they full the need. I only had soft tacos to go, but they were full of meat and two kinds of cheese. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy. They included a large bag of chips and a container of salsa. The people were friendly and the place looked clean. I wish I had more time to sit and enjoy a full meal. But I was traveling, but this Mexican restaurant was recommended by a local and I’m glad to find it. I’m sure you will too. $$ Enjoy

We happened to be driving by Los Tres Hermanos while on a road trip and decided to stop in with our family — and we’re so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Everything about our visit was truly 5-star. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be stopping by for another meal!

Very few smells say Mexican restaurant more than that of the unmistakable nose tingling aroma of Fabuloso.

Three for Three
I have dined at all three Los Tres Hermanos: Hominy, Claremore and now Collinsville. Why, because they are good. Each location has slight differences, noticeable in the presentation on the plate, the menu, and the flavors of the salsa and sauces. My wife and I both had the Birria Tacos. The menu picture made them impossible to pass them up. The shredded beef was tender, rich and mildly seasoned, finished with a little char from the grill. Prominent beefy flavors. Excellent beans and rice. Very good, but not the very best Birria tacos I have had. However, combined with the superb service, the salsas and the very clean restaurant, the overall dining experience was Five Stars.

Pick a location, you won’t be disappointed. Los Tres Hermanos has the best Mexican food in Collinsville.

If you are looking for other Mexican restaurants in the area, check out my reviews in my collection “Jalapeno Highway” by Spike S. on Yelp. I’ve probably been there.

We frequent this place and never have issues. We recently visited between lunch and dinner when they weren’t busy at all. We came in, saw one other group other than us. We ordered our food, another group came in, and they ended up getting their food before us somehow. We waited at least 30 minutes before getting our food, when we did it was all cold. Server barely came over to the table, and we probably waited another 20 minutes when we were done just to get our check. Place has gone downhill big time. Will probably start going to the one in Claremore more often as it’s a better atmosphere and better food.

Great place! They really went out of their way to make our anniversary dinner special. We’ve enjoyed every meal we have had there. Thank you so much.

Food was good but do NOT come here for a birthday unless you like pranks. Not sure if this is normal for this place or not (I’ve never experienced this before in my life) but they came out and sang happy birthday to me and put a big sombrero on me, whatever that’s fine. What’s not okay is shoving a plate of whipped cream in my face at the end of the song. I have very sensitive skin and I was extremely embarrassed in front of a large group of my friends. I can take a joke but that was way too far and not okay at all.

Love it every time I come! The house drinks are excellent and they made me a special dish. I’ve also tried their new birria tacos, they’re packed full of delicious meat and cheese. The dipping juices are Devine. If you haven’t tried the spicy salsa, do so it’s amazing the right about of kick and flavor. The burritos are layered perfectly, will fill you up without a doubt! If I could give 6 stars I would would. ✨️

I can’t speak on the service or atmosphere as I had my food delivered, but I can say this was some of the most bland and boring “Mexican” food I’ve ever had. My wife and I grew up in Southern California so we know what good Mexican taste like, and we’ve had plenty of good Mexican in Oklahoma, this isn’t it. I was intrigued by Los tres hermanos because online the entire menu is in Spanish, that got me thinking “hey, they must have some authentic stuff if it’s all in Spanish”. I decided to order the combination fajitas, which seemed like way too good of a price. Normally if you’re getting supreme fajitas it’s 20$ or more and here it’s listed as 14.99$. I got double steak and shrimp and corn tortillas. I also ordered fajitas nachos and the I got chips and salsa. I’ll start by saying I never even received corn tortillas, luckily I had my own at home. The salsa tasted like any generic mild salsa at the grocery store. Wasn’t good or bad just bleh. The price for the fajitas was because even though you’re paying for the supreme you barely get any meat. I got 8 shrimp and enough steak for just two corn tortillas. It was mainly a big tray of peppers and onions. Food was bland tasting, again nothing special you can cook better at home. The fajitas nachos again were bleh, old chips with barely any chicken and again mainly just peppers and onions on top. I also got two sides of charro beans and only received one, and this is the only part of the meal I spit out. It was disgusting. I’d recommend el tequila in Owasso if you’re close enough and don’t want to go into Tulsa, if not save your money.
