I called 8 times to order pizza and dinner. Nobody picked up the phone or the line was busy. The owner had me waiting on the phone forever. Then somebody else picked up and said he was busy. I asked him to pick up the phone but then I heard him pick up another call in the background. So I guess it doesn’t matter that he lost a customer. Customer satisfaction doesn’t matter. I’ve known him for over 20 years, but years don’t seem to matter.

Unfortunately for Gino’s, customer service or plain simple human to human respect, plays a big role for me. Their pizza is good, and worth the 45 minute delivery wait, but what is upsetting is the unnecessary attitude you get when placing the order and that the only thing well made was the pizza. Garlic knots were burnt up and beef patti was like they carelessly tossed it into the microwave! I’ll think twice before ordering again, and this is not even the first time I have ordered from here, but I always try to give chances.

Maybe I am just used to much better quality italian food and pizza, but this food is just very low quality. My family and I ordered chicken and veal parm dinners that came with ziti, and a pie of pizza.The pizza itself was so bland, and the mozzarella was very chewy and tough (usually a sign it has been frozen for a long period of time). The tomato sauce on the ziti was very watery, which also severely watered down the taste (from my experience means instead of making more sauce, they just added water). And the breading on the veal and chicken had absolutelyu no seasoning and again, was completely tasteless. I would recommend goingnelsewhere.

Gino’s has been a fixture in the 5 towns for as far back as I can remember. Gino’s is more than average for their prices and portions. I feel quality has slipped over the years. Not because of Gino’s but the demographics of the area aided in the uninspired menu. Could be amazing just meh

The guy in the front with the glasses is super rude, he is always talking about someone being a looney, he has a sarcastic, condersending tone when he takes your order, and if you tell him which slice you want he says they are all the same !

Also I have seen the same guy treat black customers even worst, so he might be racist, definetly don’t come to this place if you are looking for great customer service !

Very good pizza. It’s a local place which has good pizzas and other Italian food items. I highly recommend the pizza. The employees are nice. A good place in 5 towns.
