Came in to pick up a call in order and was not even greeted hello. Then I had the magic explained what my order was via text from my boss. I was picking up an order my boss and the guy at the counter, apparently was offended bc I said, here’s the order number, dude, so he could look it up. He said my names not dude. So I said, well you don’t have a name badge so what should I call you?? He said, my names Ronnie. So I said, ok Ronnie….. here is the order number. This is very unprofessional and rude. Who gets offended as guy, being called dude?? Anyways, weird experience! Do better!
