Great food but No “Dine in.” I am sure the owner is loosing business because of “no dine in.” When I called and asked to why google said “Dine in” they said it is easier for carry out only” then if it’s carry out only, don’t advertised that on google and don’t put false advertisement. “Change your name to Golden star Chinese carry out” not Golden Star Chinese Restaurant. Carry out only and remove the Restaurant part in your business name.

I am very disappointed with golden star. Saturday night I had it and it was very good but fast forward to today, when I got home and had been eating my food, I was about to have another bite and found metal in my food. As shown in the picture in my hand. I am very disappointed with this establishment, And will not be eating here again. And don’t get me started on how the inside of the building looked.

Awful experience. Had been ordering for a while, but now I will not go back. I found a bug in my sauce for my crab rangoons. Went back to try to get a refund and they said it was pepper when there was clearly legs on the “pepper”. Well, I got my refund regardless and gave them their food back. Never going back again.

Growing up in the area this place has been a treat for our family. Good memories here. Years ago, pre-pandemmy when the dining room was open, I used to go here with my pops on occasion. If you get your chicken hot and fresh it’s CRISPY and nothing has ever come close to how good it is. The lady who helps you when you pick up a carry-out order is so sweet. Please tip her!! If you like General Tsos but want to branch out, get the sesame beef. It’s my favorite dish. Panda Xpress’ crab rangoons do not stand a CHANCE against Golden Star’s cheese wontons. Thanks for being a staple of my childhood <3 I'm moving out soon and will miss you!

Food was old fried rice . Orage “chicken” ws questionable the meatvwas chewy fried rice dry, old, and tasteless eggroll dry and was old tasting made me sick next morning yuk I was scared that I might of had food poisoning i thought they’d be good from reviews but i was wrong..in the restaurant it looks unkempt and like there going out of business .never ever again I get quisey thinking about their food ..never again!!!!

Been eating food from this restaurant for over 20! Years. Recently the quality and taste have taken a nose dive Rice is tasteless. Shrimp n Chinese vegetables now in dark sauce vs clear this degrades and overpowers the taste. Overall Iam really dissaointed and will move my orders someplace else.

Very nice employees and owner but the food was not very good. I did not enjoy the Sesame chicken. Lo Mien was just ok. I wouldn’t recommend. I offered them tips on their Sesame chicken. They said they would try out what I told them. Good luck Golden Star!
