Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about the staff. I have had them offer to remove the seeds from jalapenos to make it less spicy. I mean seriously, they go eat out of their way to help you have the tastiest sandwich

There are two people here that make your food like it is food and not like it is some concotion of evil magic that they are afraid of touch or care about in any human way for fear that something cataclysmic may occur. This is a woman and a man and if you go there when they are there you will immediately know who they are in comparison to other employees of any of the Subway’s in Eureka. Truly, they take the extra two seconds to care about you and your food enough to make an edible sandwich. Praise aside for those two, any other employee is up in the air, and I say this because the employee is literally the person who has the choice of making your food edible, and great tasting. Most other Subway’s in the area have a lot of employee’s like this, that do not care and talk to their companions when they should be talking to you. This is the only decent Subway in Eureka to my knowledge. Anyone who know these two employee’s in the Myrtle area would agree that this is the only decent Subway here.

Went in to get a couple sandwiches lady helping previous customer was handling money then proceeded without washing her hands push down the food touch the counter and put on clean gloves. A little late should have washed her hands first. Wonder how many people will get sick from that.

Brandon is the epitome of customer service, he displays a great attitude and makes you feel welcome more than any other subway ive been too, i believe that brandons coworkers could learn a thing or two from him, he deserves recognition, a promotion and a raise because he is an asset to retain!

I’m on weight watchers… Had a salad with double chicken… It was only 3 points for the olives… The man really knew his sandwiches… Good suggestions…. Above average guy in service and knowledge.

This is a great Subway. The personnel are friendly, fun, and efficient. Sandwiches are terrific. Store and restroom always nice and clean. My favorite store in this area.

Went to this Subway at 2:30 in the afternoon & I was the only customer in there, and the place was filthy & the vegetables & condiments were in really bad shape. Also got poor service. Server refused to change her gloves after going into back room to get some cheese. Took my sandwich as it was because she wouldn’t change her gloves. Complained to Subway headquarters & they offered me a free cookie. HaHA Like I would go back there!!!! See attached photo.
