I ordered gravy biscuits with over easy eggs and sausage and hashbrown and a coke. Well they forgot the coke and when I got the food the eggs, hashbrown and sausage was all in one bowl and the eggs were busted. Had the problem before about messing up and stopped coming for a year. I guess some things never change.

It’s pretty sad that you spend $50 on a mobile order and the people that work here can’t get the order right, something as simple as putting salad dressing in for the salad. Got all the way home and found there was no dressing. As I was there picking up my order the guys in the back were fussing at each other.
Seriously, how hard it it to grab a pack of salad dressing when you put the salad in the bag?
The app said our order would be ready at 6:55, I went in a 6:53 and it was nowhere to be seen but got the blizzards and they were melted.
Seriously doubt we will ever go back to this location.

5-star fast food experience
Staff is exceptional (after 6:30pm on 17 Nov.)
We don’t go to fast food often anymore but this wad a great experience. Burgers were well made, looked as advertised, and hot. I greatly appreciate the ketchup at the tables.
Overall I would absolutely recommend if passing through.
Edit. Forgot to mention… if anyone is looking to get “the best Sprite in the world” (as per a review from years ago) the machine in the dine-in area is one of the multi-soda coke machines, which I personally dislike. I cannot say whether the drive thru Sprite is different.

Stopped by this location last week while in the area for a Dr. appointment on my way back home. This location is the best up kept DQ I’ve ever been in. Clean, friendly, hot food and made correctly. Talked briefly to the manager on duty to let her know how pleased I was at the establishment. She directed me to the owner who was there that day. I spoke with him for a couple minutes and let him know that his staff at that location is doing a fantastic job at keeping things in nice clean order and fast customer service. Wish more DQ locations took the pride that this location took to keep their customers happy. Definitely will be stopping by again when in the area.

The owner (Todd) of the exit 19 DQ is said to also own the exits 14 5 DQs as well. He lives near the exit 19 DQ and is there almost every day. He’s a super nice guy and goes out of his way to do as much for the community that eats there as he can. If you go in in the mornings you’ll notice the senior club and church groups, and police and all sorts of groups and he’s usually in there with them mingling. The exit 19 Lowe’s is across the street from the DQ—due to its proximity, he has developed a relationship with the Lowe’s workers and they regularly meet there as well. Legend

Ordered an ice cream cone. I was second in line in the drive thru. I waited 25 minutes for one ice cream cone. This is not what I expected from a nationwide chain. I about got out of my car to go inside. Customer service needs improvement.

Absolutely kind employee hat was a war veteran that was very kind, and he was very observant and made sure we were taken care of.
The chicken tenders meal was delicious, and was a good value for what you paid for. You get tenders, fries, drink, amd a sundae of choice.
The manager was very attentive to the customers, and she came by to ask if we were okay. I think that was very nice/meaningful.

Update 4 years later: My husband & I stopped for ice cream while doing a little shopping. Planned on eating the single-strawberry-slice sundae in the dining room only to be confronted with FOX “News” at blaring volume. Never again.
